I participated in the Live,Laugh and Lose Together program. It was great! Well organized and enjoyable . The presentations were informative and educational. I really enjoyed both walking classes. I felt like they were worth taking the class for by themselves. I would gladly take the class again. Thank you to the hospital personnel for all your hard work in putting the program together.

Just finished the Live, Laugh, Lose 6 week weight loss class offered by the hospital. So nice to have something like this offered close by. The knowledge shared by their staff including Hannah Boyle was invaluable. As part of the program, there was a special at the Summit 24/7 Fitness Gym here in Marlette. I wouldn't have even walked through the door without this opportunity. I love the classes at the gym. Lost weight and had fun! Can't wait for this Thursday and the Healthy eating Instant Pot class with Marna Ross. Had so much fun at the last one and learned lots of tips for using the Instant Pot. Can't wait to learn some more healthy tips and recipes. Love these community activities that the hospital offers along to the other many services provided! Grateful to have a wonderful hospital close by.

The staff at the Marlette Regional Hospital are the BEST. I've had the unfortunate experience to have to go to the ER and Dr Sarah Albers is second to none! Her knowledge and compassion cannot be beat! This is not to say the others aren't just as good, but my experience with her was top notch. I can't write a review and not mention Michael Smith in PT. He is the best you'll find with his compassion and knowledge and just all around a super nice guy!

Every poor service in emergency room. They were not busy, but we had to wait over an hour to be seen. Once we were in a room the nurses and doctor were accusatory to the patient regarding the injury. The patient was treated like we go to the ER every week, just to get some attention. The patient was not given an identifying wristband before going to get a x-ray. The x-ray tech was nice but was confused in what was need to be x-rayed, the information was not recorded properly by admitting person. They doctor came in to see why we were there, after getting some information the doctor left to look at the x-rays. The doctor did not return to explain what the x-rays had shown. The next person signed us out and gave us papers. There were no explanations made of what was needed to do to help with the pain, no explanations of why there was pain. This was the worst experience we have ever had with this hospital. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion for someone seeking help.

I had the very best experience on any testing that I have had there also as an Inpatient. You could not receive better care. Everyone showed kindness, compassion , understanding and caring for how you are feeling and are willing to listen to your fears and concerns.. I so love going to a local Hospital where we are made to feel and treated like family

What kind of business doesnt have WiFi these days? Very disappointed! I was unable to give very important information to my family while our loved one was in the hospital. Inexcusable!

I always receive excellent care from the knowledgeable and caring staff. The hospital is friendly and the employees say high to visitors and patients in the halls. I would highly recommend you checking them out if you have never been to Marlette Regional Hospital. They are my number one health care stop. Since they provide so many different types of testing I can stay close to home and know I will be treated like family.

I was in the Emergency Room with a loved one and couldn't get a hold of family because I didn't have service on my phone. I asked the staff there and they said the hospital didn't have WIFI? What hospital doesn't have WIFI in 2020??? When my loved one was treated even though my family had no idea where we were or what was going on, I still wanted to stop by and see another loved one in Hospice but I didn't want to just stop by; but again I couldn't get my messenger to work because there wasn't internet service in a HOSPITAL. I will think twice about going there for a TRUE emergency if I can't contact my loved ones if my phone is going to not be reliable. Another thought...I think I read every poster & pamphlet on the wall & shelf while waiting; our phones also distract and calm us down while waiting for what seems like very slow service..

Visited the hospital and there was no wifi. This made it difficult to contact family. Why wouldn't a hospital of all places not have working wifi.

If you need immediate medical attention in the ER, find it elsewhere. They've done wrong with my family multiple times. ER staff has misdiagnosed my family that could have caused my daughter to die and myself (Thankfully covenant treated my family) with their lack of compassion for their job. They rush you out without trying to get you better. They all need retraining! We will never go to this hospital again.

I receive excellent care everytime I had to visit the ER. The staff show compassion and professionalism. They communicate with you in a way to help you understand your situation. Always happy to answer any questions you may have and insist you call with any concerns or any questions after your discharge.

I just spent 3 days in the hospital! The staff made my stay as comfortable as they possibly could, they were very prompted with everything I needed, I never had to wait long for anything.. they were all very friendly and didnt keep me up all night by coming in and poking at me, for this being only the 3rd time I have ever had to stay in the hospital I am pleased with my care.. now I rated it at a 4 because the kitchen on the other hand needs lots of improvements, first day I ordered french toast and sausage, I got pancakes, hashbrowns and toast with mixed berry jelly which I am allergic to strawberries so they could of actually killed me if I didnt pay attention, it took 3 times to get the right food, it was cold when I did get it, every meal was cold, a couple meals I couldnt even tell what it was.. the ice cream I tried was so old it tasted awful, I was not pleased with the kitchen at all, had to order out every meal.. back to the staff, I hope they enjoyed the cupcakes my boyfriend and I got for them for taking such good care of me!
