My wife had surgery by Dr. Gaunt and I was blessed to be with my wife all of these times and Dr. Gaunt and her ENTIRE staff have been wonderful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around and Dr. Gaunt's skills are as perfect as you can get. Meeting Dr. Gaunt for the very first time made both my wife and I feel like we have known her for a long time.. We told her that her very talented surgical hands are also connected to her heart. her skill and caring are connected.. Thank You Dr. Gaunt and everyone in your office <3

I had my ear lobes reconstructed after gauging them. I was told that the pinched look would go away after some time.. essentially my ear lobes looks wavy. Well its been two whole years plus some months and it looks NO DIFFERENT.

I had Dr. Zonca do a couple surgeries after a bike accident and he did a fantastic job, especially on my lip. Very satisfied! Staff was very kind as well.

really surprised at the bad reviews, they must be working on improving. from the second i walked in everyone i dealt with in the front office was helpful and KIND, like genuinely kind and friendly. i then had doctor gaunt and she was the same, very kind and helpful. she actually LISTENED to me which is rare nowadays. nothing negative to say whatsoever.

Total waste of money!! do NOT get lipo there, you will look the same after as you did going in expect with a few holes in you and in extreme pain!!! 2,000 dollars a pound lol. There's better places just call around especially if you are paying with cash. Also they say they throw in a special treatment for you at the spa when you feel better that was a lie. I'm sure they do this to more people than me.

The doctor was fine. But, their office personnel are a joke. We paid 30 percent up front like asked. After a couple months of not received a bill for the balance I reached out. They took about a day to respond. In the meantime I talked to my insurance and was informed that we overpaid MSA. We didn't find this out until mid February, they were overpaid at the end of December. We have still not been refunded and are being told it will be a couple more weeks.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's office ever. Thier non-existent standards of care the fact they treat you like your nothing and don't matter and if you complain they just blow you off and cancel what ever you have going on and send you on your way no meds no after care not so much as a phone call

I went to the office at 1675 Patriot Drive in Muskegon for a 2:00 pm consultation appointment. At 2:30 I came out & asked how much longer it was going to be before I'd be seen, with little response. Finally, at 2:45 I just left (I do have a job ya know). What a waste of my time, which they apparently don't really care about, not to mention the terrible road conditions driving there & back. Very unprofessional.
