Really nice reception staff (I talked to Kally, Candace, and Pam and they are all sweethearts), and I have to applaud this office for thinking independently. They were respectful of my wishes to get a fresh start and not have my record transferred over from a previous doctor where things didn't go well at all, which was amazing as far as I'm concerned because they're the only office I've found that has done that. They respected my privacy on this matter, which I very much appreciate. Brenda, the surgical assistant, was very friendly and empathetic and made me feel welcome instead of a burden. Dr. Knorr was prompt at reviewing images, looking at them a couple weeks before my appt so he was prepared, again a week after, and again at my appt. He is so, so nice and down to Earth!! He explained my imaging in great detail, and did a thorough but gentle exam. He is super kind, I can't say that enough. He made me feel immediately at ease even though I am VERY uncomfortable with my pain. I really recommend this office! I've been through hell and back and seen oral surgery offices to match, and this is a good one, trust me.
