I recommend ageless beauty to anyone and everyone that wants to look their best or simply recieve the happy side effects of no headaches that is an added bonus Botox offers. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable in every way even if its a glass of water, or a squeeze of your hand if your nervous. Ive been Darlenes client for 20 years and followed her from a plastic surveons Office to her own business. I drive an hour to see her for injections and can tell you she is the best. She would never talk me into a product or service I didnt need and offers recommendations on how to get the best value to keep me looking the best I can. Shes become a trusted friend through the years and Im shocked by any of the negative reviews that sound nothing like the beauty expert Ive known all these years. I went to one local person in my area and paid top dollar and had bruising which Im not used to. Thats why Darlene is worth the drive.

I NEVER recommend this place to anyone at all. My experience in this center cost me $2000 cash and I am offering it to all of you for free. I visited this center to do face filler and the lady over there seemed very professional as she was taking time explaining how good their product was. She assured me that the filler would stay in my face for 10 years, I should NEVER believe in her, and I said well if it stays for 5 years I would be very happy with it. The fact, it did NOT stay for 10 days. I called her and she said you need to wait another month which I did. Nothing happened and we gave it another month and nothing happened too. I am quite sure if she reads this review she will exactly know who I am. I was really sad about my face and I needed to look better to about myself. She took my money and made me feel the worst. Then She offered me another session for $1000 but this time she will not be responsible whether or not the filler would stay in my face. I did not take it because I didn't trust her anymore, she lied to me. She should really feel ashamed of herself to what she did to me. So please for those who think to go to this center, be very carful. Try to let her give you something written about what she promises you because you may not really see any difference and your money will be GONE..If you need more help let me know please. Ageless Beauty has the best services of any other I have used. Darlene is well educated on her services and her technique is remarkable. As someone who has worked in the medical field, I am sensitive as to how services are received. Darlene is an absolute professional. Darlene is energetic and has the natural ability to make you feel welcome. She allows you to talk about your desires and concerns. I have been to others who provide these services who charge per site rather than per product used. I've seen other service providers throw out product rather than use the entire dose. You will never see product thrown into the biohazard box, because Darlene knows how hard you work for your money and she wants you to be satisfied. I have visited the Ageless Beauty Center a few times now for a variety of services, and have always been 100% satisfied. I have been to a few other similar businesses that have felt very institutional and I ended up leaving with more questions than answers. At Ageless Beauty Center, you are immediately put at ease with their personal touch, and will never be rushed through. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, and every question I have posed over the years has been answered completely in a thoughtful and personal manner. There is no cookie cutter approach or hard up sell here! Everything is tailored to you and your wishes with no pressure to spend more than you planned. I have been given multiple options and price point options to choose from for my requested result. Anyone who has checked around, knows this is rare!! After a procedure, I have received follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with the results and to see if I had any questions. Their personalized approach makes you feel like you are spending an afternoon with friends...friends with extensive knowledge and experience!! I highly recommend anyone interested in learning more about the latest and greatest noninvasive procedures to turn back or stop the clock, pay them a visit!

Spent $420 on botox, she only had me scowl to mark spots and not raise my eyebrows thus nothing was put on the top of my forehead, I thought it was different but did not ask because you just expect professionals to know what they're doing. It has been 10 days and now I have a smooth bottom forehead and an extremely noticeable top part that moves with deeper lines. I nicely sent an email and text asking about it with photos and if I could come in to get more (never asked for anything free) and no response. I called and left a nice voicemail, no response, I waited another day and sent a facebook message, no response. It has been 5 days with no responses. In the past she told me that I 'have muscles like a man, I hope your daughter didn't get this from you' which is extremely rude but I have a good sense of humor so laughed it off when i told people...not sure if they're just trying to blame my 'man muscles' (even though nothing was ever injected higher) or what their reasoning is because NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME. Extremely unprofessional and I wasted a lot of money for a forehead that makes me feel even more self conscious and old. Not cool. It is super upsetting. Please don't waste your money here it takes a hit on your wallet and self confidence. I wish I could post photos to prove it and now I have to work to save more money to go somewhere else to try and fix it while trying to not feel self conscious about it. When a business just blatantly ignores you, you know they did something wrong.

I would never recommend this place to women who care about their beauty and health. The owner Darlene Puja is not as professional as it appears. She has many ideas but she does not know how to apply them correctly. She even does not care about you. All she is interested in is getting as much money from you as possible. She will never confesses that she did something wrong for you. I am very sorry that I once came to this place. There was a loss of a lot of money, wasting my time, and experiencing a lot of frustrations.

I can't say enough good things about this place!Darlene and her esthetician, Michelle, have truly changed my life. When I first went to Ageless Beauty Center I had painful cystic acne on my back and chest, along with years of scarring and hyper pigmentation. Darlene and Michelle made me feel comfortable enough to show them my skin (something I have been extremely self conscious about since I was a teenager) and talk about possible solutions. They are both so sweet and genuinely kind people who never make me feel judged or embarrassed.A few months later after a series of chemical peels on my chest and back I am 100% acne free on my back and 80% acne free on my chest!! Darlene and Michelle refuse to let those last few problem areas on my chest persist and have already addressed them. So far the results are very promising!! :)Michelle was so great at applying the peels and was very attentive to how I was feeling as some people can experience a burning sensation if their skin is more sensitive. She did a wonderful job and it was always a pleasure to meet with here and talk about the progress.We didn't stop there though, as I am now on a series of laser treatments to clear up the hyper pigmentation left behind. After the first treatment my skin has already lightened considerably and after my second treatment today I am very excited to see how much better it will look.Through all of this process they have been very considerate of my time and flexible with scheduling. Both of which I highly appreciate. I am so thankful for these two amazing people and I value and trust the decisions they make in regards to helping me feel confident in my own skin. I would have never imagined my skin could look the way it does now and I have them to thank for it!!

AVOID THIS SPA AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased a cool sculpting package, stayed hooked up for over an hour only to discover the machine malfunctioned. Michelle (the tech) couldn't have kinder as she explained nothing worked- Darlene, (the owner) was only concerned about her investment. She ignored me completely. Next day Darlene called and claimed the machine was broken but she believed I actually had 'some part' of a treatment so no rescheduling for a month. I appreciated the safety of this requirement but quickly realized it was not my safety that she was concerned with. She was out money for the treatment. Because of that she felt no necessity to make this up to me other than eventually agreeing to refund my money. Something, she explained, she wasn't getting back from the Cool-sculpting company. (Suddenly this was about her loss of time and money.) I would have continued with her if she acknowledged my inconvenience and frustration. I suggested adding an additional treatment (for the one I lost - even at a discount but she cited she already gave me a huge discount as her 'Open House' special and wouldn't even consider it as she has a business to run. Saying MY time had no value as she has often sat in a doctors office for an hour and no one cared about her. She wasn't going to do anything other than refund my money and I needed to accept that refunding my money was doing something. That is not doing anything - I didn't receive the services I paid for. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she claimed sometimes clients are not happy and it is a fact of business she expects to live with. I was speechless and realized I cared more than she did. As a post script I would also caution anyone in providing personal information to her as she is very quick to speak offensively of other highly respected doctors and spa's in the area claiming her credentials are greater than others. If she doesn't hesitate to speak of peers - would she speak of patients. Don't accept my word on this part...spend just a consultation with her and drop another spa's name and she will slander them. If asked about this review, will she slander me? I never write reviews -ever. This experience made me sad, sick and frustrated. It is a lot of money and I have to work hard not just to earn the money but to decide on putting myself first. I wanted this to be something special for me. A 60th birthday gift. She cheapened the entire experience. Doing so much more damage than just some money that I will get back in my pocket. You establish a relationship with the people who help us feel and look our best. EVERYTHING she has to offer is a want - not a need. You need to avoid her at all costs. As to the deep discount that she claims gives her permission to dispose of certain clients...you get what you paid for. Pay more and go some place else that respects their clients - not just the easy ones or the ones who won't take the time to sound a warning bell. I thought this would make me feel better, but it doesn't. I wish those who decide to chance it with her, success. I wish this experience and the feeling of disrespect on no one.11/27/17 update. Received partial refund of $2100.00 waiting on balance that after calling was told would be a credit to my credit card. Not verified yet. Will update upon receipt. Still no apology, just a check. Just as well, all indications are the words wouldn't have been meant -and at this point not believed either.

Owner and practitioner, Darlene and I have been collaborating on my beauty needs for over a decade. I am a firm believer that long-term maintenance and sharing my vision with Darlene has been the formula for success. She is a fantastic listener and very interested in your needs. She records meticulous notes in my file, so we can refer to past treatments to make good decisions about current treatments when we need to. I remember my mother having a partial face lift in her late 60s. Her recommendation to me was to have one earlier so that I could enjoy it longer. I realized that tightening is not the answer, rather filling areas that lost volume over time. At 50, I don't see a facelift in my future. Ageless Beauty Center is simply the BEST IN TOWN. ... and trust me I get around! I initially had a microneedling treatment done at OBella Spa in Okemos. Unfortunately, they are old school with their technique and left me unable to leave the house for four days due to severe redness and marks on my face. Darlene is up-to-date on the latest techniques so when she performed the microneedling I was able to leave my house after only six hours. Thankfully I experienced no redness or embarrassing marks left on my face. She also was able to fix the Grand Canyon size creator that lives between my eyebrows with Botox ( no not her dog). I am scaredy- cat when it comes to trying new treatments involving my face. I recently gathered up all my courage and purchased a Halo laser treatment to correct the severe acne scars caused from Pyoderma Faciale. I was actually terrified to have the Halo treatment done, but Darlene answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable in her care. She even held my hand throughout the treatment. If youre wondering, I did survive the Halo and am currently in the healing process. Darlene gave me her personal cellphone number and checked in with me throughout the week ( even on Thanksgiving). This is Sue Hall not Leland. I've been seeing Darlene for many years. Started with Botox in 2003. Followed her to ABC. I had bad acne scars and we've worked on them for several years now. My sister says my skin has never looked so good! I was on a cruise and folks couldn't believe I'm 68. Ive had the skin pen, Hydra facial (I alternate these monthly). I've used sculptura, bellafil, the Halo and Skin Classic for my scars and to remove large keratosis (skin classic). Yes, still getting botox. Darlene is always studying new methods of skin care/rejuvenation. She is very client oriented. The prices are the most reasonable I've seen. You can't go wrong at ABC.
