I was told to get down to a certain point on my meds im on i got almost there with alot of suffering and hard work i have not had a dirty drop since sept 2nd 2010 and i was told my screens were good and the clinic did a drop 2 days before then it eas the clonopin which i got down to what dr. Lee wanted of me and then i was told i couldnt be helped by her office after all my hard work i thought i was going to be seeing a wonderful (dr. Judy lee) but instead now im in so much pain its unbelievable i hope all that vo to her get treated well i was just the one who was lied to and done totally wrong as a patient if she didnt want to help me she should have never said she would and i normally dont put business out on front st. But if you get told shes going to do something wait until it happens and i can just ptay i find a honest dr. That will do what he/she says thanks for reading my gripe about the ice cold service i recieved from her self her staff

When I first went to Dr. Lee, I was in distracting amounts of pain from three herniated disks in my lumbar spine. Twelve weeks of physical therapy and pain meds had not helped. I was referred to a neurosurgeon, who was incredibly dismissive (telling me to 'either have surgery or deal with the pain') and couldn't schedule me for an epidural shot consultation for 8 weeks.I visited Dr. Lee and was treated with dignity. She took the time to hear about my symptoms, explain my options, and scheduled me for an epidural shot the next day. I felt immediate relief, being able to sit for the first time in 3 months without crying. I am currently in the middle of an IDD treatment series, which requires me to be in every day the first three weeks. Dr. Lee has come to check on me every single time I come in, and it is obvious that she is an incredibly caring doctor. Her staff are also personal and professional, always greeting me with a smile even when you can tell things are incredibly busy in the office. I know it can be difficult to find the right doctor; I felt desperate looking for someone to see because I was in such high and constant pain. Dr. Lee has far exceeded all of my expectations. She has, without exaggeration, given me my life back. I am eternally thankful and couldn't recommend her more strongly.

I was referred here by my doctor. I called to set up an appt (because after a week hey still hadn't called me) and asked about insurance (wanting to know if my visit would be covered). The woman told me that I should bring my insurance info to my appt and they would call them and see what is covered but that it wouldn't matter for my first appt (consult) because there is no charge for the consult. I went to my appt and the same woman I talked to on the phone was there and repeated that they would call my insurance company and see if acupuncture is covered and there would be no charge for this initial appt. The doctor was telling me about all of these different treatments when my doctor sent me there for acupuncture and I kept telling her that. When I checked out I was told that they were waiting to hear back from my insurance but that it didn't matter for this visit because it's a free consult. It turns out acupuncture isn't covered by my insurance so I didn't schedule further visits. A month later I get a bill in the mail. They charged my insurance and I am now responsible for what they didn't cover. I called and talked to 3 different people and was told by the last one that they don't do free consults and I am responsible for paying it. Just a little bit shady!
