Dirty and not sanitary at all. Didn't see one person disinfect a ink pen, clip board or anything waited and still am waiting for 4 and a half hours. I will limp to Cadillac and save the time and trouble. Been here almost 5 hours and talked to real people maybe for ten minutes. Asked for pain management, and waited almost forty minutes. Seen four people come in go, while we sit and wait for nothing. Very frustrating and scary. Hire more people if this is the case. I've never waited more than a half hr in Cadillac and that's when they have a full house. I'm disappointed and won't be back after today. My ex was in alot of pain, and I don't feel like they helped him enough, or communicated that they were busy, or managed his pain properly. If they were this busy why weren't we referred to urgent care or somewhere that had time!

Usually my experience here is flawless. This time I called to make a new patient appointment with a doctor that came recommend by my family. After being transferred over the phone 4 different times and being told to hang on a sec each time I was sent to a voicemail, which I left over 2 weeks ago & it still has not been returned. 10/10 unimpressed

4 people ahead of me at the walk in clinic and its going to take at least a full hour before you can get me in. Sorry, the walk in down the road had me in and out within that hour and that included my travel time. Now I see why you rate a 2 1/2 star overall...

I would rather give a 0 than a 1. My husband has had severe abdominal pain went in on Friday night/Saturday morning had all testing done said it was supposedly a hernia called grand rapids had a surgical team ready to go but the hospital canceled it because his pain got somewhat better and they said come back in if pain returns, well it came back and we went in this morning and had all the same testing done and said there is nothing wrong and the hernia is gone after waiting 5hrs and had to wait atleast 2hrs for pain medication. Nurse and doctor were on 2 different pages and treated my husband with disrespect and disregard his pain. A hernia does not disappear on its own in 36hrs. Didn't even write him a script for pain doctors words were 'just deal with it' will be calling in the morning to complain and will not be going back. And on top of that no one was there it was just the staff and instead of helping they were sitting there gossiping and playing on their phones.

If I could give them no stars I would. We waited for 20 minutes. First people in. 2 people came in after us. My husband got bit by a dog. His lip hanging off his mouth and they call in the other 2 people before my husband. I asked them why and they said they would get him in to see someone as soon as they could but they had to take the more serious ones first. One whos child had fallen down the stairs and she's letting him jump up and down on the couch in the waiting room. And another one who was complaining that she had chest pain BC she does too many drugs. I will never recommend them to anyone. Went to ludington they had him in within 2 minutes. Will never go back to reed city hospital ever again.

Even though it is small the ppl have been very nice and helpful every time I have been in. Decently updated, adequate parking. Waiting room does not have anything for kids not even magazines or books just a small table.

Sat in waiting room for 3 hours while already checked they said they were waxing the floors and didnt have any rooms but i had 4 people cut me in line worst hospital ive ever been too. I left and i am on my way to different hospital

Mary Doe, check the reviews for the other hospital you mentioned, they are just as bad. I feel the need to go to hospital, I go to Munson in Cadillac. I've had to go twice, I have chronic back and neck pain. Been to the best neurologist/back surgeon and he told me I had to go back to pain management, this was when I lived in Florida. Here I get nothing, I was in great shape when I arrived here. Cadillac blew me off, tried to get into Munson pain management in Traverse city, no luck, they won't even call you back, been trying since September. Now I just lay in bed all day and take OTC pain medicine, now have to see kidney Dr. Probably from OTV drugs. I get irreversible kidney damage I hope I can sue them!!!!!!! Sorry for you too, just healthcare here is horrid. I should have moved downriver they'll actually hep you there.

I dont leave reviews often but man was their new walk in clinic great. Ive never been in and out so fast and sure i cant speak for the experience of the other reviewers but every staff member my girlfriend and i encountered were frienxly, relatable, and competent. I give them a 10/10 no problem.

If I could do no stars I so would. Spectrum is a joke. My son has been having major pains in his head and they are telling me it's a migraine even though he has no other symptoms of a migraine. I'll drive 35 minutes to Cadillac to get a real doctor through Munson! I'm over this place...

They are the most unethical private company I have ever came across, because they are private they think that it is okay to charge 1000(not with insurance) dollars for an ultrasound and 230 for just a radiologist to read the report. I called Cadillac Munson and they only charge 450 for an ultrasound( not with insurance). The average cost in michigan for a trans-vaginal ultra is anywhere between 250-500 dollars. please be sure to check the cost of a procedure before you go here, I guarantee that it will be cheaper elsewhere. CORRUPTED AND MONEY HUNGY

I came into the ER with a stomach ache. They sent me through a battery of tests billing me over $1000. only to finally have the Doctor send me home telling me to take Pepsid AC. Needless to say I was not happy.

Went to the walk in clinic cause my chiropractor says I need to have a doctor order an MRI can't be seen until November what is the point of an immediate care clinic if you can't get care when you need it

The nurses in extended care need to go behind their CNA a few times a day to make sure the patients have their call light in reach and just to see if the patient needs anything .Talk to your patients .See how upset they are .The elderly do not deserve to be treated like this
