After a breast augmentation with another surgeon I developed a capsular contraction. I had a consultation with Dr. Pittas and he assured me he could remove the scar tissue and replace the implant. He was very professional and kind. Surgery went well and he was very concerned with my well being. My results are amazing. I would highly recommend him.

My 14 year old had hand surgery days ago from Dr.Pittas. my son fractured it on the 4th of July , the dr. wanted to do surgery that Wed. It was not feasable for us to get there that quick, my husband and i had not spoken to him prior to that day as we live in metro Det. we drove 2 hours to be with our son who is residing in a adjacent town . Upon meeting Dr.Pittis he barely answered questions. Did not introduce himself, was very short with my husband and myself. He may of did a good job on my son's hand , but i was not happy with how Dr.Pittas presented himself. He did not take the time to really talk to us about the surgery prior , after or about the xray findings. Please give your patients family a little more of your time when first meeting them . granted he came up to us and our son possibly between patient surgeries but did not speak to us in a manner that we felt that our son was important to him. The nurse's at the hospital were GREAT. My son was nervous and worried as he had never gone through a surgery before. It may of just been a small hand surgery putting in a pin , but to a kid with no clue that is alot.

Went in for a breast reduction came out with a A cup he removed all my breast and left severe scarring. I have pain every time I move my arms. Went in a 44 DDD came out with nothing. So many scars I look like the bride of Frankenstein. I'm going on a tv show to share my experience with Dr. Pittas surgery on my breast. My 2 year old grandchild could have done better. I wish I could post pictures to show what this Dr. did to me.

Dr. Pittas preformed a skin graph on my hand. He greatly improved my range of motion. I receive compliments from family members and my physicians with how great my graph has healed and looks. its look amazing, and isn't noticeable which I was really concerned about. His staff was amazing and very accommodating. He had excellent bed side manner, and explained the procedure to me well. I would like to tell my journey with breast cancer. I found out I had breast cancer in 2016 after my yearly mammogram. I was scheduled for another mammogram and needed to have a biopsy. I also had a MRI which revealed cancer. This cancer is called Ductal Carcinoma and was in my right breast. My doctor told me that I would need a mastectomy. I went through all kinds of emotions from being in shock, crying, angry, and scared! I had to make a decision if I was going to only have the right breast removed that had the cancer or have them both removed. After a lot of soul searching and praying i decided to have a double mastectomy. That way did not have to worry if the cancer would spread into the other breast. I made the right decision because after the surgery I was told that the start of that same cancer was in the left breast. After the mastectomy Dr. Pittas put tissue expanded in which expands the skin to prepare for the implants. These were filled every two weeks a total of four fills. I then had surgery to remove the tissue expanded and put in implants. Dr. Pattas did an awesome job! They look and feel real and younger too. This whole journey was not as bad as I had anticipated. I thought I would be in a lot of pain, but very little. In fact the only pain I had was after the 3rd and 4th fill. Laying down and trying to get up was painful, but only the day of the fill. I did not have to take pain medications at all during this whole journey which I was thankful for. Everything I went through was all worth it, which led me to be cancer free!

In the past 2 years Dr Pittas has done 2 surgeries on me. I had a reconstruction after a double mastectomy and also most recently excess skin removal.Dr Pittas's caring and bedside manner towards his patients is amazing. He talks with you about what to expect and in my case joked around making me feel less anxious and scared. I would highly recommend him to anyone and now my family Drs affixed sends patients to him. He takes pride in his work but doesn't have a 'God Complex' like some drs have. He is very down to earth. His staff is also great too. I don't think I would of had the surgeries I did if I was sent to a different Dr.

If I were able to give 0 stars I Definitely would!! Dr. Pittas performed carpal tunnel surgery on my hand 3 years ago and my hand is Worst after the surgery than before!! Worst decision I've ever made, every day I regret allowing him to perform surgery on me!! I Really wish I Wouldn't have gotten it!!
