I called them to make an appointment with Dr Youn around 4:00pm on Friday. She asked me if I was a new patient and I said Yes. Surprisingly, she told me to call the office back on Monday. I understand that was on Friday, but how hard it is for you just to schedule an appointment? I called them back the next following week, it literally took no more than 3 mins. I guess I just don't understand this.

I went to the office because of the excellent reputation of Dr Youn. He was booked well in advance, so I saw Dr.Deluca-Pytell. I feel like she is one of plastic surgerys best kept secrets. I have had 2 surgeries with her and could not be happier with my results, so glad I found this talented doctor. She is very easy to talk to and throughly answers any questions. The office staff is top notch, Andrea, the patient coordinator, is very friendly and helpful! I highly recommended this practice, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Office management is poor.1st visit, no one greeted me in the office and I was there for like 10 min. Finally, I stood in front of the desk, four people behind the desk not one looked up and greeted me. I had to be the one to say HI my name is patient blah blah. It was embarrassing!2nd visit, took the day off work with out pay for a mid morning appointment. The building is closed! I'm home now and still no one has called me to tell me my appointment isn't valid. This is not good.
