At my consultation with Dr Fowler I knew he was the doctor I wanted to preform my surgery. He listened to what I was wanting with results. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. After surgery I had a question late in the evening. His partner called me back within minutes. His staff was also amazing in checking in with me and making sure everything was going well. Everyday I know I made the right choice in surgeons.

The Dr seemed nice but lacked sincerity. I was asked if I had any questions but without being told much of anything at all, there isnt a lot I would know I should or could ask. There was bleeding and a little bruising after the injections. I also wondered why I wasnt given a mirror after the treatment. Also no one told me I had blood on my face. When I got to the car I cleaned it off with what little I could find. As for the results we shall see. Its not just about the results as it is about the experience also. Maybe it was just a bad day for the Dr. who knows. Just hope that the bruising isnt a sign of something worse to come. And more care could be shown. Its not fun getting to your car and seeing you have blood all across your chin. Maybe they assumed I would know to go to the bathroom and clean up. Then again I wasnt given a mirror to see the filler injections so I had no idea I had blood all over my chin. Aside from that people were generally decent. I may or may not go back depending on the results. I knew I had some bleeding but without a mirror I thought it was probably nothing. Until I did look at myself in my car. I dont even think this treatment was intentional I just think it was really lacking.

I did not have a good experience at all. My surgeon did not care to have me as his patient and it showed. My results where so disappointing.

4/5 Recently had procedure done here with Dr Rishavy. This surgeon is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with good bedside manner. Results were amazing, pretty close to my desired result which was a high expectation to be fair. Reception staff and other faculty were nice and welcoming. Admitting nurse prior to operation was the only glitch, not very calming or understanding of anxieties related to the surgery. Perhaps she was having a bad day...Unfortunately was unable to see surgeon for follow up until weeks after the procedure d/t scheduling conflicts on their end, which is probably just unlucky for me. Was instead seen by another clinical staff member who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Overall if you are in the area and considering doing something like this, certainly this is a good choice. They are very accommodating and professional. Would totally go back and do it again

Dr. Baertsch is such an amazing surgeon. Honestly had the best experience here and it was very very professional. Honestly, I would highly recommend him!! He fixed my earlobes, from a 10+ year mistake, and made them 'normal' again. Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff all worked together so smoothly. Yet again, Dr. Baertsch, thank you so much!

I have had two different procedures done at Lakewalk Surgery by plastic surgeon, Dr. Rashavy and both experiences were wonderful, professional, and I was treated like royalty. Dr. Rashavy is the very best!
