I was very unsatisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty and he was unwilling to correct the issues he created. The bone was reduced too much and the tip was not reduced enough. I was told the scares would be subtle however they were obvious. After a touch up procedure which made no difference and a post consultation, he was done with me. Terrible experience. I would prefer to give no star, but 1 star is the minimum.

I forgot to add the most important factor is that when I went else where for another great surgeon to fix the problem that Dr. Gryskiewicz was already paid for. I was informed that not one but BOTH of my implants were put in upside down. I wouldn't give them 1 star myself if that wasn't the minimum required. When I requested copies of my records and asked this office to keep the written and recorded promises that I was given the staff became very rude and angry especially Brenda. Brenda was never present in any of the meetings that I had with Dr. Gryskiewicz yet, she would always say 'he didn't say that.' Eventually I had to threaten legal action. When I did that they sent me a letter saying they wanted nothing further to do with me and that I needed to see someone else about my problems. I don't think a lot of the time his staff is even communicating with Dr. Gryskiewicz at times. I have him recorded saying one thing and then doing something completely different. Initially, I didn't think a recording was necessary because I felt he was trustworthy and ethical but, after I found out Dr. Gryskiewicz and staff were not truthful when it came to problems I had to do something different. I got one brand of implants and the staff kept changing the brand that I was promised to receive. I could go on forever about this situation with this office very frustrating. Those who gave his office a 5 I hope you don't ever have any problems.I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. I would suggest that individuals file a complaint with the attorney general pertaining to the services that have been provided by Dr. Gryskiewicz and his staff and not let it continue. I only wish I would have read reviews prior to continuing to work with them.

I can only speak of the customer service and consultation services thus far. My surgery is scheduled at the end of the summer so I will update my review at that time. I have visited a few other plastic surgery offices but this one has been the best by far. Every member of the staff has treated me with such respect. From booking my initial appt, to getting a confidential welcome package in the mail prior to my appt, to my first appt, to speaking with the finance lady...my whole experience has been exceptional and this clinic has earned my trust. They have spent time educating me. One of the ladies gave me her work email address and encouraged me to reach out to her if any questions come up before my surgery. They have a trained eye and were able to show me what implant would be more flattering for my figure.Dr. Gryskiewicz is the most experienced plastic surgeon in the neighboring 7 states. He has also performed many surgeries internationally. During my consultation, they assessed my goals, educated me, and set expectations appropriately. I also appreciate the fact that there was always a lady with me in the room, even when the doctor was evaluating me. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and look forward to my surgery date.
