I felt pretty comfortable when I arrived since I am scared to death of the dentist office. You all were very nice to meet and made me feel comfortable, especially Karen. Dr. Luke was a little hard for me to get through to that when I have my teeth pulled I dont want to feel or hear anything. I have had this done once before and it went perfect. Came in for wisdom teeth removal, I was very anxious and everyone was very comforting and walked me through the whole process. Telling me what they were giving me to put me to sleep, and what would happen during my recovery time. Very patient and understanding, definitely would recommend!

I had a lower wisdom tooth that should have been pulled years ago, but I'd been putting it off. Then a week ago I started having severe pain from it. My dentist gave me a referral, they scheduled me at Oral & Maxillofacial. The top of the tooth was too far gone for it to be pulled, so it was 'drill, man, drill.' Overall that was easier on the surgeon AND on me. This is the first day after the procedure and I'm enjoying getting my life back. Many thanks to Dr. Neuner and the staff who helped me!

KUCINEMATOGRAPHY

I just went through the wisdom teeth extraction and did not feel a thing. I went through with deep sedation and shots to numb my gums. Honest my experience just felt like I just took a nap and woke up, just what I wanted and expected. Very comfortable and as everyone was nice, supportive, and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

These folks deserve six stars instead of five. Dr. James Omlie and staff are consummate professionals. They made the entire experience of removing an impacted wisdom tooth and the subsequent recovery as painless as can be. If you're thinking about having a procedure performed here, stop thinking and schedule your appointment.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared about. Tooth Extraction and the needles required make me extremely agitated and very anxious. However, an abscess above an otherwise dead tooth gave me no choice. The nurses were very solicitous and kind. Dr Nick had to truly work hard for his money in that session, but he never stopped talking to me, soothing my mind and spirit while doing his work. My husband, who was my support team, was so impressed with the whole staff that he will not hesitate to go to them for an issue he has. Bravo to this teams approach to Get er done! but with great heart and care!

This place is so great. The office is very calming; the staff makes you feel at ease. Dr. Stitch tells you what he is going every step of the way; his assistant Gabby is great too. I had oral surgery and it could not have gone better. Today, the day after, I have no pain and am healing well. This place is where you want to have your dental procedures done!

I was dealt a unique case, having wisdom teeth being pushed back into my mouth toward my neck. Dr. Eric Stich exceed all of my expectations! He was open, honest, and acted with a sense of urgency. Dr. Stich went above and beyond to provide me with what were his biggest concerns about my surgery and his commitment to exercise caution. Not only did he put me at ease, but also my wife and mother. Not that I would ever desire to have oral surgery again, but if it was required I would call Dr. Eric Stich first!

I was referred to to Dr Haas about 3 years ago I have a complex situation and the first time I met him I knew he would be able to help. He came up with a plan and said no matter what everything was going to turn out great. In the midst of everything I was diagnosed with breast cancer so things needed to be put on hold. We have finally been able to proceed with things and are near the end of my treatment. Dr Haas honestly wants to help others. The compassion and kindness he shows his patients is something others should strive for. I feel very lucky to have him on my side. As a bonus the entire staff is equally as great.

The oral surgeon was professional while being warm and reassuring. My treatment was explained in terms I could understand and appreciate. The office was clean and sanitized, modern, yet had a nice feel to it. I would recommend this office, staff and Doctors to friends and family. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and a tooth implant here. I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Haas and his staff. They were welcoming and went over the top to ease my nerves about getting an IV for the first time. He gave me laughing gas, used a rubber band, even used a fan called Carrabbean breeze and then a cold spray, while talking to me. It was completely painless and I was unaware that it even was inserted. They gave me clear instructions afterwards to care for my mouth that has left me only with minimal discomfort. I completely recommend Dr. Haas and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Ellie was the Implant Coordinator at that time and was very helpful, explained things clearly and was very patient with my questions. My Husband Justin Pett had surgery here and it was a emergency procedure. He was very pleased and so was my Dad. The staff got him in so fast abd started a IV drip for Antibiotics before the tooth was pulled to feel some what better because of the bad infection. The doctor and the nurses wete great explaining and telling him what and how it needed to be taken care of. The follow up phone call was a nice touch and he and I would for sure suggest this place and go back if anyone of us need oral surgery.

Very nice people all around. Did a good job with my wisdom teeth extractions. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they don't call your prescription to the pharmacy. Still the old fashioned way of taking your prescription to the pharmacy by hand and wait your turn. It is 2017 and they are still in stone ages or don't care because they are a monopoly. I am sure they will get through this hurdle or get a competitor that starts offering this service to customers.

Made an appointment for my special needs son at 8:30 am. They made us wait almost an hour. At 9:20 we left with my son in a tantrum. They apologized and offered to get him in the next day first thing. The doctor told us he could get blood work ordered for us that my son needed. After we were set for surgery at childrens west we got a call from the surgery center saying they dont do blood work at that location. Jackie the surgery coordinator wasnt at all helpful and told me it wasnt her responsibility to know what surgery centers do and dont do. I disagree. You coordinate surgeries. If they cant do what I tell the doctor we need dont schedule it. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.
