Yes Dr Willis has been my doctor for many years but his receptionist have become so rude that I can no longer go there the last time I was there the receptionist was so rude that she literally flagged me for being difficult after she was the one who gave me a ration of s*** and I am a heart patient which was very unappreciated you would do better to go to emergent care

I brought my young daughter to Dr Willis for treatment for her allergies and had a wonderful experience. He saw her over 6 months with zero issues. A couple months later, my son's pediatrician referred him for an exam due to recurrent infections. We were refused service. The reason was because we were not willing to provide our son's social security number, yet they saw our daughter for 6 months and we never provided her social security number and they had zero trouble billing her insurance without it (her balance was zero). When we tried to speak with Dr Willis about it, both in person and over the phone, the clerks refused to let us speak to him. We have never given our children's social to any hospital or doctor office and have never had a problem, so be forewarned, the nasty clerks at the front desk may refuse you service.

We love Dr. Willis- he and his office are a blessing! My favorite things about Dr. Willis & his office are that they always take our symptoms seriously (I never feel like I have to prove she is sick), he is gentle and funny with my preschooler, they always squeeze us in that day if she is really sick, and he is efficient and accessible during the visit in that he clearly and pleasantly explains things and answers my questions.

Love Dr. Willis and his staff! My wait time was negligible even though the waiting room was full. His staff are all knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help! Highly recommend!

I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Willis. I have extensive evidence of a Sphenoidal sinus infection (three CT's and an MRI). Yet he refuses to perform surgery to remove the inflammatory polyps. Dr. Willis stated that polyps are never removed, especially from the Sphenoidal sinus. This is absolutely false. I am now searching for a doctor that knows what he's talking about.

Expert in his field. Communicates clearly with patient and ensures that the patient understands what's going on and what needs to be done to return to health. You might wait to get in - a good doctor is a busy doctor - but worth the wait.

Dr Willis and the nurses are always very nice, but the front staff needs work. I go every 6-9 months to have my ears cleaned & it has been $90 to $95 in the past (I'm a self pay patient). I was just there in January and it was $95. Today I went and it was $145! I asked when it increased and the front desk clerk said 'It's always been $145.' I explained I've gone twice a year for several years and have never paid more than $95. She looked at me like I'm lying and I said I was just there in January and paid $95. She replied, 'Well $145 is the new charge since January. So 'always' means just recently? She ran the charge for $145 and as I signed the receipt I point blank told her 'I'm not lying, you have my file on the computer, you can see what I've paid in the past.' She was still looking at me as if I were lying or trying to get something for free as I left. I think a 50+ percent increase on a ten minute procedure is ridiculous. I should't have to decide between being able to hear properly or not getting overcharged. My husband thinks she keyed in something incorrectly and didn't want to admit the mistake, so she doubled down and was borderline rude about it.

To nurses are very rude. Then I told them when I made the appointment I had to be at work for a certain time there doing heating test when we can in for her throat now I have been sitting here for 40 minutes an still have not seen a doctor yet or has anyone look at her throat the main reason we are here. Then I go back to the front for the second time an the nurse says oh he probably doesn't know you were in there

The recipientist in front lobby on the left hand side should listen to what a client wants or needs instead of getting an attitude with the client. Client come for help not to be treated wrong when being approached.
