I just want to say Dr.North is truly God Sent! I was so unhappy with how huge my breast were and I struggled with back pain for years. Dr. North performed a bilateral breast reduction on me. As soon as I stood up after my surgery, I instantly felt relief. My breast now look amazing and are the perfect shape. If I could give Dr. North 10 stars, I would! Christina(his nurse) was also extremely helpful. They both made themselves available for any questions I had. If you are questioning whether or not you should have this procedure done, DO IT!

Dr North performed a breast reduction and lipo to my abdomen and flanks! I am very pleased with the results! He is the best! I love his bedside mannerisms, it shows that he is compassionate and cares about his patients! Chrystina his nurse is awesome too!!

Dr. North was great and really nice. Dr. North took good care of me. I dislike that the office did not give me all the information (or) correct information about the out of pocket cost of this procedure. After, the procedure i got a $650.80 bill in the mail. I was not aware of any out of pocket fees! I asked more than once about ,'how much would my out of pocket fees be'? The information I got was $0.00. I was told by the Runnels Center office; I didn't have any out of pocket fees. Everything was cover. THE OFFICE NEED TO GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO THE CLIENTS!!!

Dr. Runnels nurse Shelly, talked to me like I was 5 years old for 10 minutes on the phone because I simply forgot to leave my phone number on her voicemail when calling about my biopsy results. Super unprofessional the way she spoke to me. Also, she never scheduled a follow up appointment to check my spots where I got my moles removed even though Im on immunosuppressants and am more likely to acquire an infection. Not that I would go back now anyway. I work in healthcare and would never speak to my patients that way. Will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.

Dr. North is one of the top physicians Ive ever met. I have worked in the medical profession before but have never met a more caring and understanding doctor. I went to Dr. North for a breast reduction due to back pain and words are not enough to explain how well I was cared for. Not only did he reduce my breast to a manageable size to suit my back but a size to suit my womanly figure as well. Im very pleased with the size and the position of my breast and areola. I'm a two times cancer survivor I'm very insecure person when it comes to my body but thanks to Dr. North and his nurse Katie I was able to relax and not be ashamed of my body. Dr. North is very professional and knowledgeable I was diagnose with breast cancer this year and had to have both of my breast removed Dr. North was able to give me better fuller looking breast that has boosted my confidence because I had very small breast so now my shirts fit a whole lot better. I had a full abdominoplasty under Dr. North in June and it was, hands down, the best interaction I have ever had with a surgeon. Even with some minor complications that resulted in a few days as an inpatient, he was there to check up on me every morning and every night. He made me feel comfortable with my procedure and eased my mind about the recovery. He was patient in answering any questions I had, not resorting to 'dumbed down' communications that many doctors will do to speed things up. Lastly, at 39 years old, this was only the second surgery I have ever had, and was by far the largest. But Dr. North had the BEST bedside manner of any surgeon I have ever interacted with, for both myself or for a family member, and absolutely in the top 3 of doctors in general. If you are considering a cosmetic procedure I HIGHLY recommend visiting Runnels Plastic Surgery and seeing Dr. William North.
