Im only 7 days post rhinoplasty surgery. As soon as my nose cast came off, my jaw dropped. My work must have been done by a magician! I can already breathe better but my overall look is stunning. Im still swollen and a bit black and blue but Im trusting Im on the right path. One worry Ive had throughout the process is the lack of wanting more details. I think us over analyzers want to be assured about every little step. Dr. Ridenour tends to keep it short and sweet. I honestly think its for the best. There is nothing to worry about because you are in good hands! I will post my final results after more recovery time.

I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Ridenour, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I needed a rib graft due to a collapse that took place after my first rhinoplasty with a different surgeon. After my surgery with Dr. R, my breathing has improved significantly and the overall look of my nose is outstanding. I'm just two months into recovery and I'm already so satisfied. I only gave him a general idea of what I was looking for with respect to improvements in my nose, and I trusted his judgement for much of the overall look. My side profile looks incredible, and the subtleties that he took in mind made such a difference. He was very precise and detail oriented in his assessment and execution. Dr. Ridenour and his staff were amazing! It was my first time getting fillers and from the front staff to the nurse who assisted and his recommendations I couldnt be happier. He has a very conservative approach resulting in natural subtle changes and I am AMAZED with the change it has made! I honestly was expecting to go in and have this long list of recommendations but it was perfect and I have to mention affordable. He has gained a customer for life! They offer laser treatment to minimize any bruising for free and they let me know if any bruising occurred to reach out and they would get me right in. The treatment was on Thursday and they did laser two areas in the office that day but since then I have not needed it! He is simply the best!!!!! Your face is not one you want to go for a cheap option....Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Ive called around his prices were no different than any other surgeon so for me Dr. Ridenour is the best!!!!

Never in my life will I ever go here again, I even missed my follow up appointments, it's that bad! I should've trusted my gut feeling and left when I could've. I don't even know where to start, I came in for a simple mole removal on my face, never even had a consultation with Dr. Ridenour, everything was through his nurses and pictures. Leading up to the actual surgery, They wanted me to completely get undress to go in the Operating room for a MOLE REMOVAL ON THE FACE, apparently to not bring 'outside bacteria.' How about we talk about your highly unprofessional nurses that are about to be in the same 'cleanest' room while I get my surgery. One was wearing long stiletto acrylic old white nails that needed to be filled and the other wasn't even wearing proper attire and looked like she just literally got done working out and walked in sweating and wearing a tank top! How about NO and I am relieved to make that one smart decision throughout this whole experience and did not comply. I requested to remain dress and to have them do the surgery in one of the regular procedure rooms. Prepping up for the surgery. My husband sat there and saw Dr. Ridenour talking to the front desk lady and immediately after, she came and demanded I pay before we get started (they didn't ask anyone else.) When he finally came (first time I met him), he kicked my brother and husband out and didn't even greet himself to neither of us, didn't tell me what was going to happen, NO EXPLAINATION (note I never even met him yet nor spoken to him) and he just walked in and said 'lets get started,' which was highly unprofessional and made me even MORE uncomfortable. He along with the nurses seem agitated that they had to transfer rooms due to my request. Did I mention he was almost 2 hours late on my appointment?! It was after hours when they got to me. Moving on during the surgery, he was very rough and kept turning my head and positioning me without respect to me. He referred to my mole as 'that thing' and 'it' when directing the nurse to help him shine the light on the area he was working on. Struggling to ask him some questions, I told him I am allergic to neosporin, triple antibiotic, polysporin and etc. He said bacitricin would be fine after and that I need to use it. Fast forward to after the procedure, he left IMMEDIATELY, not saying a word, not explaining after care, not saying bye or anything, but instead his nurses told me the after care. They explained to me verbally and WROTE the after care procedure down on the back of a piece of used paper. They gave me some antibiotic in a little bag. I told them I might be pregnant and it's too early to test I don't want to risk anything. They explained to me that there is some harm and risk and if I decide to take it then that's on me. Wow can it get any worst? Yes, this is a never ending nightmare. I ended up developing a huge rash from the bacitricin and even my pharmacist was confused because they are all the same ingredient! Missing my follow up appointment, they left a voicemail trying to reach me, but instead it was a 7 minute long voicemail of a lady that works there discussing a procedure with a patient violating HIPPA law. Rescheduling and coming to my follow up only so that I have leverage and a saying in case anything happens to my face, they gave me expired silicone gel from 2 years ago that I later found out at home. I called in to see if I could get a new one or exchange it and she said it works fine and that everything needs an expiration date on it. Dr. Ridenour and the staff made it seem like they were doing me a favor because it was handed to me for 'free' and if I wanted a new one it would be $50. No it's because you couldn't sell it more. I won't be going back to my next follow up, but instead with Dr. Nayak who I should've went In the beginning, but he doesn't do this procedure anymore. He heard my bad experience and made an exception to finish the follow up. Don't waste your time and money here! My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Nayak.

This goes without saying.. but dont let a doctor touch you with a needle without seeing his before or after photos. I asked to see them for my specific procedure and they wouldnt show me. He also provided zero aftercare instructions for my lip and nose procedure. I wont be back.
