EXCEPTIONAL SURGEON AND STAFF!!! The past 15 years Ive wrestled with the idea of wanting to enhance my look and how I felt in my skin by having a breast lift and augmentation. Im in my mid 40s, three grown children and well it was time. Living in Texas, yes Texas I heard about Dr. Bailey and his staff in Osage Beach, MO from some friends. I decided to take a road trip and go for it. After meeting with Dr. Bailey, his staff of nurses, and my list of non negotiables, I was sure he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Bailey listened, heard my every request and walked me through it all. I paid and scheduled the surgery that day. A month later I was back in his office. Almost a year later Im still in awe of the results!!! From start to finish Dr. Bailey and his team have been exceptional. I WILL always consult DR. Bailey for any future cosmetic changes. His bedside manner, compassion, and love for his work is rare and refreshing. Thank you Dr. Bailey and staff for helping me love myself again!!!

I cant say enough good things about Dr Bailey and his staff I had complications from a previous cosmetic procedure and Dr Bailey talked me through options, answered all my questions and totally made things right. In addition, being of age I consulted with him about hormone replacement. He sent me home with a book full of research , then ... and I know this sounds corny.. changed my life. I am a health and fitness buff, former competitor, and pride myself on a healthy diet. Putting back what nature has taken with age has been nirhing short of remarkable. My workouts feel like 20 years ago, my skin is youthful and all those other Things no one wants to talk about as we age are like.. time machine!!! Its important to me in my care that I deal with people who care.. and there is no question that everyone here is on board with WELLNESS... not just fixing but makinf the body the best it can be. I started lopsided by 2 cup sizes. I went to two separate surgeons, Unsure of what I wanted and truly needed done. First one I felt uncomfortable and I then went to Bailey as he was alsp recommended and instantly felt great. They did amazing!! I am so happy I chose him and his staff is so great. They answer any question and never make you feel awful for asking. They explain everything so great and always would work me in if I needed anything. Night or day Bailey answers which is awesome. The process is overwhelming but once I hit week 6, I felt back to myself. I hope anyone who thinks of doing this for themselves chooses him. I can't thank them for all they have done and continue to do. They stand behind what they do and any doubt you have, will be eased when you arrive. Love them all. I'll be sad when I don't have to go back anymore just because they are so awesome. I suggest him over anyone!!!!!
