Very genuinely friendly and professional staff. Dr. Swann is very pleasant and thorough in the care of his patients. The receptionist Kaylee stayed with me on the phone and talked me into their location as I did not know how to get there. And above all, my nurse Dara who took care of me was the sweetest, most talented and professional care giver Ive ever had. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. You cant help but love those people. I didnt want to leave. Im looking forward to getting my stitches removed in a couple of weeks just because I want to see them again. I hope I have the honor of being tended to by Dara again. God bless those folks.

Staff is always friendly and professional and the office itself is SO nice. I have a history of skin cancer in my family so I prefer to go somewhere with doctors I can trust who know what to look for and answer my (million) questions--this place came highly recommended and I'm so glad. I've referred a few friends here for other procedures (a friend got IPL for sunspots/pigmentation and LOVED the results) and I will continue to recommend Swann to others.

I am so disappointed with my experience. The staff is more interested in quantity of patients $$ than quality of care. I spent nearly $2,000 here getting laser treatments that were ill suited for my needs. Janny, one of the nurses pushed for me to get a less invasive laser initially when I wanted the more invasive CO2 to treat my skin needs and I should have trusted my gut because my results were basically looking worse than I did when I came in because of the channels created after healing. I was told I should proceed with the CO2 if I'm not satisfied, so I intended to schedule for the procedure this month only to be told they only take appointments until April and Dr. Swann is completely booked solid. So I basically paid all that money to look worse than I did before. Communication and individual patient personalized care does not exist here. But, if you want to spend thousands and be disappointed with the results I recommend Swann Dermatology cosmetic office.

Something that disappoints me though, especially traveling over 30 miles and paying a decent amount for money just for a small consultation it feels like, is my outcome. It feels like Im only there talking to the nurse/dr for what seems like five minutes. From where Im traveling from, I wish my appointment could be more thorough, especially for the money Im paying.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely adored Jasmine.. with that being said. I was HIGHLY disappointed in Swann Dermatology. From the billing department all the way to the lack of patient care. I was SO incredibly disappointed in the services I paid for and did NOT receive. I planned my procedures before the holidays so I could look great for my client parties etc.. instead I ended up missing EVERY event bc my face looked worse then it did before my procedures. I did NOT receive the level of care I anticipated. I will NEVER recommend this office or their services to anyone ever again.
