Beyond happy with Dr. Rottler and his staff. I had a surgical procedure done with the doctor about 2 years ago and I get compliments all the time....still! He has a wonderful bedside manner and he is seriously an artist. Not sure about what you want or what you need to achieve it? No problem, request a consultation and he will point you in the right direction with honesty and with real expectations. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and a gorgeously inviting center. This place will definitely make you one content patient. I recently opted for some injections with Julie and I was super nervous about it but she was so calming that soon after I entered the room, I forgot that I was even nervous! She talked me through the entire process and explained everything in depth, which was very helpful getting through it and for the aftercare. I look natural but rejuvenated <3 I love my new fresh look and will be a forever customer!

The Consultation was very informative and I felt comfortable speaking with Dr. Rottler he made it easy to open up. He also made me feel very comfortable to open up and ask the important questions about my upcoming surgery. And his assistant/secretary (I apologize I forgot her title ) but Sarah is equally helpful and very informative on the steps necessary to get it all done. I have developed a trust in Dr. Rottler and after hearing nothing but amazing things about his work from people that I know who've gotten work done by him, I am very much excited and can not wait to have my surgery performed by him.

I got the chance to come in and see Julie Beffa after I had won a free lip syringe off of a contest. Julie is so amazing and spent over an hour with me educating me about their spa, their products, how she was going to perform on me, and what to expect after the injections. I 10/10 recommend her, she is very knowledgeable and always make sure the client is her #1 priority. The Med Spa was clean and organized, I will absolutely be back for my second syringe this summer!

What an amazing experience!My first augmentation consultation was about 20 years ago for multiple reasons I didnt pull the trigger back then, regretted it for years, and now couldnt be happier!Dr. Rottler and his staff was MORE than amazing! I would make the same decision to have the procedure 100 times over again and scream from the rooftops at how AMAZING I feel!I went from a very small, misshaped B cup to a very full C cup the shape and size are the perfect fit for my body an Dr Rottler hit the nail on the head! I can't thank him and his staff enough!

Dr Rottler did a terrible job with my surgery. Every time Ive tried to address it he minimizes my feelings and tells me Im incorrect. Arrogance at its finest. Every visit that I have addressed this at he continues to show how much its improved. Clearly over 10k and unbearable weeks of pain later it should be better. Instead of acknowledging the issue he told me that I had body dysmorphia when all of my friends can clearly see the same issue. Im now stuck trying to cover his mistake until I can afford to have the issue corrected elsewhere. Reading reviews I see he approaches anyone that questions his work in the same way. Would not recommend.

This is one of the best and most professional offices I have ever been to. I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Rottler, who was recommended to me by a few friends that have gone to him. It was the best decision I ever made. The entire process was so smooth, from the consultation to the surgery and all my post op appointments. I always prefer women doctors for myself so at first I thought it might be awkward, but he made me feel so comfortable about everything and everyone was so professional. All my questions were answered and I felt great about my procedure. He did such an amazing job and I have never been more happy about the way my breasts look and feel. I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for any of my appointments. Definitely would recommend this office and Dr. Rottler to anyone who wishes to have a cosmetic procedure done.

Dr Rottler did my breast augmentation almost 15 years ago and they still look absolutely amazing and natural! I had been a full c-cup before I had my son and they really were deflated after breast feeding. He filled them out quite nicely to a double d but I wanted them to look natural he easily could have gone bigger but I didn't want them tighter I wanted them to seem more real. I couldn't even count how many times I've been complimented on them and people have felt them and said how real they were and that they are the best boob job that they have ever seen! I worked at Hooters & Show-Mes and got the same reaction! Most everyone would ask are those real? Because if they're not you can't tell at all! I referred him to at least five people who have been absolutely thrilled with the work that he's done for them as well! He has done so many and he is so good at working with what you have and knowing how it will look afterwards, I give him my full confidence! I can't believe how long and how well mine have held up :-) I did saline under the muscle and went in from the bottom.

The staff here is amazing. The main people I can remember was Jenna, Sara and Aleshia ( I may of spelled those diff sorry) the day of surg.. Aleshia was so great I was scared and nervous she was so kind and tried to help calm me down. Also that day the anesthesiology was A+++++ he was funny and for sure took my edge off for me . Jenna was so helpful before and after surg..she answered every questions an was very helpful with anything I needed, very caring. Sara was the same very kind very helpful anything I didn't understand she was able to explain to me and was very nice doing so she made me less nervous.. An of course Dr. Rottler I couldn't of asked for better he did an amazing job and was very kind his safe and his self take care of you like you are family if I ever want anything else done I will only go there. I didn't go any where else before this place and I am glad I didn't my sister had went here a few years before and because of her experience and her outcome is why I picked them.....

Dr. Rottler and his team are beyond the best. His entire staff are professional, polite and will help you to be comfortable through the entire experience. Dr. Rottler did not pressure me to use him as my surgeon, he was very informative on all aspects of the procedure, he put it all out there and let me make all the decisions. Alecia was my nurse and is my fave! Her and Dr. Rottler have made sure that I am comfortable enough to feel free to ask any and all possible questions that I may have. I would definitely choose these guys again and again!!

Dr. Rottler did my implants last year. I told him I wanted a full D (was a small C) but measure a DD/DDD post op which is actually not my main reason for the poor review. My left breast is a size larger than my right (post op). When I brought it up at one of the follow ups he took it personally and his response was defensive. He said he couldn't see the difference at all and then showed me my before pic to point out how much better they now look. Clearly there is a $7k difference between the before and after. He encouraged me to continue to get used to them. At the next appointment I brought it up again as it bothers me greatly. I am self conscious and do not wear certain tight shirts (particularly with horizontal stripes) and I got implants with the intentions of showing them off, not to dress to hide the size difference. At this point he offered to refer me to a psychiatrist for 'body dis morphia'. My friends saw the difference between my breasts immediately, I know I am not imagining it. Needless to say, I am not happy with the results or his arrogant and dismissive response and am saving up to have another surgeon correct.

The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and Dr. Rottler has one of the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. Aside from his pleasant demeanor, Dr. Rottler's skills are impeccable. He performed my breast augmentation and I could not be happier with the results. My starting point was less than ideal and I feel like an entirely different person now. Dr. Rottler and staff are Ahhhhhhhhmazing!After 10 years of wanting an augmentation, I finally went in for a consultation. I was referred by a friend who had been a patient 10 years ago and I always kept his name in my phone. I had a few other referrals gathered too, but I am so glad I chose Dr. Rottler. I didnt even bother going to the other consults after meeting with Dr. Rottler. I came in thinking I had done my research and knew what I wanted, but Dr. Rottler knew what was best for me. Being a mid 30's mom, I didnt want the 'fake boob' look, I wanted to look as natural as possible and that is exactly what Dr. Rottler delivered!!! I mean, if I wasnt the one to go under for surgery I wouldnt even believe these babies are fake! He knew exactly where to place them, how to place them, and what CC's I could get in order to not look plastic. When I tell you they look real, they really do look real. By far the best Doc around STL and his staff is very knowledgable and friendly and about their business. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rottler for your plastic surgery needs.
