Seriously a 5 star rating is not high enough. I couldnt have asked for a better place to go. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Single mom took 30 years to finally do this for myself was quoted MUCH higher from 3 other doctors who talked over my head and would be months before they could do the surgery. Dr. Mills and his staff we awesome spoke where I could understand, made sure I knew what to expect and made me feel so comfortable to finally do this for myself, so affordable, accommodated me, as I didnt want to wait weeks or months like other doctors told me, helped me get the information and tests needed prior to surgery and did exactly what I wanted. My breast look better then I even imagined they would, so natural looking. I got the surgery right before the COVID pandemic, the follow up visits, phone calls everything was unbelievable. I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor and this is a doctor performing the first plastic surgery I have ever had. Dr. Mills and his staff are the best! The only regret you will have is if you dont go to Dr. Mills.

Absolutely outstanding! Dr Mills is an exceptional surgeon and an artist in his field. I had a breast reduction after a lumpectomy and he did an amazing job. It's only been about 7 weeks since my surgery and already you can barely tell I had anything done. The scars are hard to see and he did an outstanding job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. And as if that isn't enough, he is extremely caring, compassionate and is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. His office staff is equally nice and accommodating to your needs. I am so thankful that Dr. Paul Mills was my surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a plastic surgeon. He's the best!

I had a bilateral mastectomy in July, 2015 for cancer in one breast. Dr Mills teamed with Dr Aislinn Vaughan for the sugery. I picked a nipple-sparing procedure. The expanders were placed during this surgery. I had very little pain with each filling. You would never know I even had surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Mills.
