My husband received excellent care here from a genteman proffessional named Kennon. He has a great bedside manner and treated us with resect. The receptionist was very nice and helpful on the phone and in person. He made a special effort to help my husband receive a affordable medication! Thankyou so much!

Dr. Finke and Larry Kenion are great! My complaint is with the billing. Despite the fact I pay EVERY time before I even go back to see them, the billing department says I've only paid for 4 visits out of 12!!! I was given a sheet of paper showing the dates and check numbers for the four. Lo and behold, the four they have as paid, are also among the 8 showing 'not paid'! Two of the ones they said I didn't pay I found stubbed in my checkbook while there and showed them to them. They asked if I'd paid for someone else!!! So, despite the fact I have very serious health problems and Dr. Finke insists for my health, I need to see her every 3 months for labs, etc., I wasn't allowed back for my appt. today unless I paid the outrageous amount they claim I owe. They need to be audited!!! I'm not the only one this has happened to, either.

I wouldn't take my dog there. As a matter of fact, if I had to choose I would pick my dog's doctor over Dr. Crown. He doesn't care about helping any patient who is in severe pain like me, all he's interested in is lining his wallet with my money and your money. And he doesn't believe that I am hurting, certainly doesn't care . Don't go to him! It's like throwing your money in the toilet!

My kids will never go there again I had the worst experience in this clinic i will never recommend this clinic to anyone. front desk is rude. I am so happier taking my kids to springfilde even if it's 1 hour and 20 minutes drive I love the doctors they are professional and gentle and nice.

Dr. Finke is amazing he great with kids and explains everything very well. He has been our kids pediatrician for almost 8years wouldn't change a thing.

Today I was terrified about getting 2 fillings, because of past experience. But i was given gas to help me relax, and it was scented like peaches and cream..The dentist and nurse was very nice...and made me feel very comfortable....Kayla was the nurse, and my dentist was a young male but uncertain of his name...recommend these guys....and P.S. the funny comments about normal day to day life, were very comforting..very pleased :)

My experience was awful! I took my 3 year old daughter for her first ever dentist appointment. They pinned her down to brush her teeth, while she screamed the whole time. Did nothing else...then charged me $112.00!!! Just to brush a child's teeth? We won't be back there.

My whole family uses this clinic. My children have been patients of Dr. Finke's for 7 years now, and we all love him dearly. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, I recommended him to both my sisters who have kids. Their kids are now regular patients there as well. My children have also gone to the dentist office there. Their dentists and dental assistants are wonderful! I have recently become a patient of Dr. Hatcher's, who is also wonderful. Because of this care, I rate it 5 stars. With that said, I have had some problems with the receptionists at check in. I have been there more than once, and was treated poorly, or I would pick some thing up and they didnt know what to do, where to look, or looked at me like I had three heads. I try to always go to Rose if she is available at the window. She's kind and knows what she is doing.Editing to add: It has been a year since I submitted this review. The receptionists have improved tremendously since my original post. I absolutely love SMCHC!

I brush my son's teeth twice a day but he was getting cavities so I scheduled an appointment. The dentist he seen wouldn't listen to what I had to say. Rather ignore me and tell me I'm not brushing my son's teeth I still brush them 3 times a day MOST days. Sometimes when we aren't at home no I can't brush his teeth during the day. But that's rarely ever. My son will never go back here.

I have never experienced anyone being rude, as others have mentioned. Dr Larry seems to be a good doctor, and the staff have always been helpful.

My children won't go back because they had to reschedule three appointments because of being sick. Sense we did not reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment we can't return. How are we suppose to know that our children will be sick in advance!?!?!?Personally I was not pleased with the services, the front desk people where very rude, in person and over the phone.
