I was looking to have a face lift procedure done, but wasn't sure of what was best for me. My original consultation with Dr. Spring was very informative and friendly. The staff at Glacier View Plastic Surgery were very helpful with setting up my appointments for my surgery, making it very easy for me. My surgery was performed at North Valley Hospital, which is a very nice facility. Dr. Springs was very attentive to my needs while my stay at the hospital and the follow-up appointments. The end results are more than I could have expected. I am very happy!!

Simply put...Dr. Michelle Spring is an amazingly remarkable surgeon. I had suffered for years with migraines, neck and shoulder pain, and back pain due to the size of my breasts. I knew I needed to have a breast reduction but I was concerned how I would look after. I work as a medical assistant and I have seen the other women who had breast reduction surgery by other surgeons. All of the women were happy they had the surgery because it eliminated their health issues, but a few of them hated the way their breasts looked after. When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Spring, I was greeted by her staff quickly and personally and with smiles. All her staff were eager to help with any questions I had. When Dr. Spring came into the exam room, I was immediately put at east just due to her warm and friendly demeanor. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained the surgery in an easily understandable way. She educated me on postoperative care and the importance of following her directions in order to get the best results. I could not be happier! Not only are the migraines and neck, shoulder and back pain gone, but the cosmetic results far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Glacier View Plastic Surgery and Dr. Michelle Spring!

Dr. Spring is amazing!! I required a breast implant replacement for old saline implants (submuscular with encapsulation) - we decided on silicone gel implants with a bit of a size increase and the results are spectacular! They now feel so natural and they look so lovely, Dr. Spring is truly an artist, I highly recommend her!!

I just had a full facelift with Dr Spring and couldn't be happier. Her staff is always kind and cheerful and willing to help with every concern you may have. Her surgery coordinator, Katie Jo, is very sweet and accommodating, and her nurses, Patrice and Tami, are extremely knowledgeable and nice.I don't even remember anything about the surgery but recovery was not painful.I am a working woman and didn't have more than 2 weeks of vacation to devote to recovery. Dr Spring assured me that if I stayed home for 10 days and looked good to her eyes I could go back to work. I covered my marks and went back to work on day 10. Everyone I encountered thought I lost weight or changed my hair. I actually did both, but as Dr Spring's nurse, Patrice, said, they would ask that, not if I did something to my face. That is the hallmark of a great surgeon's work. I look like a younger version of myself. I have only one firm chin, and no lines around my eyes or mouth, and my brow doesn't sag. I used to be cute, now I have been told I'm beautiful. Thank you Dr Spring and staff!

I am a 32 yr old woman who had recently lost 80 lbs and no amount of exercise would get rid of my ugly flabby skin. I wanted to get a tummy tuck with Liposuction of the flanks and Mons (Pubis Liposuction) and even bra fat. I started my journey the beginning of February, went to a number of surgeons (8 or 9) to get a feel of who would be good fit for me and my personality (I ask a lot of questions). At one point, I had picked a surgeon and even set a date! Only to be jerked around on pricing and which other measures that would need be done besides my intended procedure and to boot theyre customer service was horrendous. No one knew what was going on it seemed. I just didnt feel comfortable continuing my journey with this so called plastic surgery office. So I decided to give Marina Plastic surgery a try, and Dr. Michelle Spring, which might I add has great reviews. I was absolutely blown away with how attentive and prompt and on top of things the WHOLE office was, totally a breath of fresh air from where I was coming from. Dr. Spring was amazing, she answered all my questions and then some, even her nurse Tami was just as incredible. Any question I had before and even after my surgery was answered, whether it was over the phone or via email. Needless to say I am thrilled with my results (even how clean the cut is) and how Im healing with all my lipo areas, and its only been 5 weeks!! I can just imagine what everything will look like in a year! Im so thankful I made the right decision and went with Marina Plastic Surgery and found Dr. Spring. SHES AMAZEBALLS!!!! I will be back in the fall for a breast augmentation and lift!!!
