I needed a tooth pulled and was referred to this establishment. I promptly called them up and was immediately able to schedule an appointment for a consult and tooth extraction on the same day. The staff was very friendly and considerate and the Dr. was very respectful and made me feel comfortable during the extraction phase. The whole procedure was as good of an experience you can have when getting your tooth pulled. 5 stars and keep up the good work Alpine!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Holtzen, and I have nothing but great things to say about his staff and the office. Checking in was a breeze, the reception was kind and warm. The day of my surgery the nurses were cheery and made me feel like I was at home. Post op, I had three different nurses call to ask how I was doing and feeling. Everyone go to Surgical Arts Centre for your oral surgeon, they are the best in town.

Dr. Holtzen and the whole staff are so friendly and attentive . He always answers my questions, explains procedures, and calms my apprehension. His work is fabulous. I heal quickly with no problems. They even call me after a surgery to check on how I am doing! Every one is professional yet personable . Even when I left, the ladies behind their desks told me goodbye by my name, and the last thing I saw as I left were their smiling faces waving to me. It doesn't get any better than that! I highly recommend Surgical Arts Centre.

Started out bad with a rude answering service. Turned out great with the front desk. Consultation made everything clear. Surgical team was excellent and really made me feel that my need mattered. Very clean and everyone assured me that everything was going to be fine. Was in alot of pain the next day, but no after affects from the anesthesia. Overall a positive experience. I recommend this facility to everyone.

Recently I booked a cosmetic surgery with Dr. Taylor at The Surgical Arts Center in Missoula. I have been to other doctors in the area a couple of times, and had less than desirable results. Dr. Taylor took the time to study my history and put together a very positive and progressive surgery plan. This plan not only remedied the past mistakes of other doctors, but put me on track for the next 15 years. His assistant Kathy was very communicative during the whole process, and she along with the surgery room staff were top notch professionals. However, the front desk staff was shockingly and embarrassingly sub-standard. When I checked in for surgery the morning of my procedure, I inquired with the receptionist about my after surgery medications. She said she would call them into my pharmacy in Kalispell, and had to point out to her that Kalispell was 120 miles away and I needed them that day. Then she loudly announced with the waiting room that was full of other people waiting the check in, what the balance on my bill was and asked if I would be paying with a credit card, check or cash. Frankly, I work very hard for my money and my business is no one else's, let alone a full waiting rooms. This initial treatment by the front desk staff almost caused me to turn around and leave the facility. In the future, I sincerely hope The Surgical Arts Center can upgrade their front desk staff to match the fine care given their doctors and personal staff.

So thankful I found this team! Starting with Rose Mary, what a doll. She went over and above to schedule my dental procedure. Dr Holtzen and the surgical team were fantastic and had the procedure completed quickly. The recovery team were helpful and so very attentive. The entire team exceeded my expectations.

The People Here CARE!! Service at first was as expected, fast, friendly and orderly. Resolved my referral, excellent. However, during the visit, it was discovered that my daughters recently pierced earring back had embedded in her lobe. I was alarmed, scared. Dr. Taylor's assistant said, with a kind smile, Dr. Taylor can fix this. Dr. Taylor walked in and just fixed it. All better. Dr. Taylor could have easily suggested a hospital visit but he didn't.He is the kind of doctor that has surpassed just clinical and has reached true patient care.Thank you.

Everyone I encountered was very nice - no problem there. However, I received ZERO results from undergoing 'SculpSure,' which is supposed to help trim excess fat. In fact, my 'after' photos, if anything, were even worse than my 'befores' -- even though my diet had not changed, and I had increased my physical activity throughout the period. I unfortunately wasted close to $7,000. Moreover, I had requested, twice, that Dr. Lisa Pacheco contact me to discuss the lack of results and never did receive a call back from her.

I needed a single tooth implant for a tooth that I had lost several years before and my surgeon's name was Dr. Holtzen. I am very careful about whom I choose as a doctor for me or my family and the surgeon who did my implant was very experienced, board certified and came very highly recommended. The doctor helped me get the best diagnosis and care and the office works with you to make sure you get the most out of your insurance coverage and offered several options for payment to make it as affordable as possible. They also coordinated very closely with my dentist, which made everything go smoothly on the dentists end after the implant was placed. All in all, the office was very organized and efficient and gave me the best experience possible.

I had a surgery done in a different state. One of the supplies I received from them was contaminated in manufacturing. My surgeon was unable to send me a new one. None of the pharmacies carried it. I called the Surgical Arts Centre and asked them if they knew where I could get one packet to finished my healing. They had happened to have one and let me have it. I am so grateful they could help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond for me because I wasn't even their patient.

From the moment we met Dr. R.F. Holtzen, D M D (He specializes in oral and maxillo-facial surgery) at our sons consultation - We felt confident in his ability to perform a surgical procedure that we never dreamed of. Our son had to have a supernumerary tooth along with a cyst removed through the palette of his mouth. We are thankful for his efficient and professional manner. We felt the overall experience was better than expected. Not to mention he is very giving and willing to work with you regarding the cost. He also, removed four impacted teeth of our cousin and is helping our dad with his dental implants. We want to thank him for being apart of our Community!

I am a U of M student with university healthcare, and I recently became painfully aware of my impacted wisdom teeth. I was referred to Dr. Holtzen by the university dentist. He is absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the procedure quick and relativity painless, his staff and nurses were amazing. He has provided amazing after care and even called this morning to make sure I was doing alright. Here is the kicker, even though I have insurance it only covers part of the procedure. Money is always tight for a college student and the cost of this procedure would have required me to save for quite some time to be able to pay the portion my insurance doesn't cover. I was in so much pain there was no way I could work, or even go to school, it was literally all consuming. With the severity of the pain, and my inability to function as a result, Dr. Holtzen went above and beyond and cut me a fantastic deal so I could get better. His willingness to help and provide service above and beyond payment was truly heartwarming. I am so appreciative of him and his staff for their time and energy. I am all fixed up, and what looked like a hopeless situation is now almost behind me. Dr. Holtzen word cannot express my gratitude, thank you for helping when no one else would. It is amazing to know professionals like yourself do exist.
