I love Dr. Mitchell and all the staff there!!....(.FYI- I used him a few years ago for an upper blepharoplasty and it came out perfect too)....its supposed to be a scary thing to get a major facial procedure (facelift) done, but somehow at his office they make you so comfy, that its almost fun during the whole thing!.....and I was awake chatting and joking around, feeling nice and relaxed (most people sleep trough it though I heard lol).....also Im now only 4 days after my facelift and my bruising and swelling are almost completely gone! With a tiny little makeup you cant even tell I had anything done! I thought I would look terrible for weeks! He is very professional, a perfectionist and gentle...Looking forward to getting my stitches out next week!! ...Anyways two thumbs way up!

I had several procedures on December 11, 2018 with Dr Ryan Mitchell in Las Vegas. These included some medically needed procedures to assist with breathing better, along with some rhinoplasty. That was over a month ago, and I am very happy with the experience and the results. The staff is very nice and demonstrated that they care. He was honest & told me it may not be perfect,, however he went all out & it turned out far better than I could have hoped. Being in sales, it's crucial to put you best face forward. MY RESPONSE TO MR. MITCHELL: (See below)They were less than impressive since day 1. Never getting back to me, always leaving me in the dark, setting up appointments with no answers. All they want to do is make their money. They are a sad excuse for a business.MY RESPONSE TO MR. MITCHELL: I cancelled the appointment this morning because you did not even have my MRI results.The point of the meeting was to go over the results of the MRI. I informed your staff that I had obtained a copy of them and that's when they asked me if I could text them to you. Really? I came to you for help and you spent how much time on my case? You didn't even have the results? And then asked me for them???This was at 10:40 and we had an 11:15 appointment.So I texted the results at 10:40 and got a response at 11:11 saying you did not need to see me....That is when I texted back with 2 simple questions which I received zero response. Zero response at all. Not a peep. So, I wrote a text with a complaint about the the office and how poorly they operate. And yes, I commented on your silly cap.Then you take the time to write a lengthy response to my review, which really didn't say anything at all, to try to make it look like I am the one at fault here.Your comments are fake just like your contours and curves.DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Dr Mitchell is incredibly positive and supportive. He doesn't try to push any decision but actually listens to his patient. I have seen him for a variety of issues and he has continually helped me find the best solution. He has an artistic approach to his procedures combined with his years of experience as an excellent doctor. I think anyone looking for even the smallest enhancement should talk to Dr. Mitchell first. He does everything from top grade facial products to reconstructive surgery ...and his office staff are the sweetest and most attentive you will find anywhere!

I got the most amazing results here! I went in for dermal fillers in 3 different areas (under-eyes, lips, and chin). I bought two syringes, and Dr. Mitchell did such a great job of making sure it was distributed as perfectly as possible until it was all gone. None of the areas look over-done, and none look under-done. I couldn't have asked for better!

Dr. Mitchell and staff are incredibly professional yet extremely friendly and friendly like you've known them forever. Well, I kinda have but when I think back I'm treated the same today as I was day one. I'll never go anywhere else. I suggest anyone with needs/wants any of their services definitely go to this clinic. I, in the past experienced 'side effects' from botox at previous clinics, but with Dr. Mitchell you get his years of experience and his incredible attention to detail. I've never been this happy with my results. The only thing I have to say is thank god he's young and most likely won't retire soon.

Oh sure, the usual bruises for a while - I mean, this is quite a surgery - but a month later I looked in the mirror and saw a new me -a young me, the me I know myself to be. This is a compassionate and skillful surgeon who will listen to you and not push you into something you don't want or cannot really afford. You can trust him!
