Loved my experience here! As a gender fluid trans person I needed to feel understood and supported. Trevor is the best. Not only did he make me feel welcome but his expertise, wisdom, and sensitivity made my procedure not only good but inspiring. His technique in administering the fillers made a person like me, nervous about needles, relax and sail through the experience! I would highly recommend this team of professionals. Heck, even the receptionists were first rate. 5 stars all the way!!!

I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Richards and couldn't have been happier with the experience, customer service, and outcome of the surgery. I always felt very comfortable in the office and each meeting was very simple and easy to digest. Misty was amazing in guiding me through the entire process from picking a size to the end of recovery. She made the process much more comfortable and put my mind at ease. The day of the surgery was super quick and easy. Everyone treated me very nicely and took any fears away. We were in and out of the office within 3 hours. I couldn't be happier with the size, shape, and look. It has now been 8 weeks and I am back to exercising and wearing normal bras.

Trevor is AMAZING . It was my first time and made my lips look super plump which helped to balanced out my face. He went above and beyond what was asked. He even tweaked my nose a bit even though I was only booked for a lip appointment that day. He made me feel super comfortable and the procedure was quick and painless. 1 day pre op....Everything was very great from staff to doctor. But, I was told during pre-op visit that the doctor uses 3D imaging to give you a general idea of what you'll look like after breast augmentation. Its even mentioned on the company's website. This absolutely did NOT happen and I was looking forward to it. NO BEFORE pics taking at all. I was told the office was kinda busy that day, but I thought taking pics of the patient 'before' was standard protocol to compare to the 'after' pics..... Nurses were hilarious while setting me up for the actual procedure. We all had a great laugh then then anesthesia kicked in... Other than the 3D pictures not being taken, excellent customer service from first appointment to follow up appointments. All around A+++ staff! Will be returning!

I would 100% recommend going to Trevor for any of your facial and body aesthetic needs. He is so genuine, professional, & listens to ALL of your needs. Ive traveled out to Vegas to get work done for him twice and I will keep coming back.

Ive been trekking back and forth to LA for my filler and Botox for 2 yrs now and reluctant about finding a new place due to trust issues, but going here was the best decision. Trevor has to be the most talented and methodical injector Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everything from his technique to actually being near painless (even filler under the eyes) was incredible. Happy to say this is now my one and only go to place. Dr. Richards, Cadia, and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. I had done a lot of research for years trying to figure out which doctor would be best for me. My husband must of found a dozen plastic surgeons and i kept saying no because I didnt like their work. I am very particular on what I want and it had to be done perfect and asymmetry to the tee, there couldnt be any flaws. I didnt want uneven breasts. When I found Dr. Richards I must have reviewed his work on his website a million times.. and let me tell u..... I was very pleased. This place is amazing. I was so nervous to get lip injections and filler but Trevor did a great job and was very thorough and transparent going over all my options and the risks before I proceeded. Im a nurse so I know a little bit more than the average person but Trevor was professional and very knowledgable and you can tell he is passionate about his job. Plus the end result is AMAZING! My lips look incredible without being over done and the xeomin took away all the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes in two days time. He didnt try to sell me more than I came there for to which I really appreciated and the prices were so reasonable. I would highly recommend this place and Trevor specifically. Super professional, very knowledgeable and definitely listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The office is also very upfront about cost so there are no surprises and with my appointment, I even saved a little more money when he suggested a particular injectable that was better suited for my concerns.All in all yes, it was a pleasant experience and I will be back to see Trevor to keep these lines under control. I had Botox here. The office staff is kind and the documents you sign before are very informative. Diane the women that injected me was amazingly informative and kind. She talked me thru it all cause I was very nervous and hate needles. It didnt hurt and the way she talked during the whole process felt so comforting. On September 11, 2019 I had a Mommy Makeover consisting of tummy tuck with diastasis repair, a second mastopexy, and re-augmentation of my breasts with larger, cohesive silicone implants. Dr. Richards and his staff are amazing! They are all considerate, professional, compassionate, and truly friendly. Two days after my procedure I was able to take a shower and seeing the extremely early (and even very swollen) results I was blown away! I had very realistic expectations of what my results would be based on my height, weight, and age and the reality is my results are so far superior to my expectations it's a miracle!!! If you are looking for the BEST plastic surgeon, in Las Vegas or anywhere, Dr. Richards is it and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Also, thank you to all his staff, esp.
