The closest thing to plastic surgery that Ive ever done was a filler for my nose. So doing a breast fat transfer was definitely a big deal for me. I visited and consulted with practically all the top rated practitioners in fat transfer. My goal was to maximize the survival of the new fat in my breasts as I was barely an A cup. Dr Grossman was the only doctor who told me 90%+ of the fat would survive. In order to make that happen, the fat would be thinly distributed to maximize the surface area contact to blood rather than being lumped together. Furthermore, I would have two procedures instead of all at once since theres a limited amount of fat that can survive at a time. I am already 6 months in after procedure part 1, love handles to breasts, and my fat hasnt changed much since right after post-op (besides decreased swelling). The healing process wasnt so bad at all. Besides the fluid leak, which happens with every fat transfer, it was very manageable and didnt hurt after a few days. The incision points are also very small. Cant wait to finish it off with my thigh to breast transfer. Will keep you guys posted! But Dr. Grossman has surely been a true sweetheart with checking up on me as well as the rest of his team in helping to arrange appointments.

I went to see Dr. Grossman after I had a rare reaction to previously injected filler. Parts of my face, particularly under my eyes and around my mouth, lost volume after the filler had to be dissolved due to infection. Despite my hesitation about having any more procedures done to my face, I sought consultation with Dr. Grossman in an effort to seek safe, gentle, and lasting improvements to my skin. During the initial consultation, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Despite my nerves, I felt comfortable. The environment was clean and reassuring. After speaking with Dr. Grossman, I agreed to have a fat transfer from the sides of my waist to my face. I was optimistic about using my own tissue to improve the appearance of my skin as opposed to filler product. I am very petite and was concerned Dr. Grossman would not be able to secure enough fat tissue for the procedure. Nonetheless, the process was successful. I did not experience any pain immediately following the surgery, just some tightening/pressure under the skin of my cheeks. I did swell for the first few days but did not have any bruising. The staff, including Dr. Grossman, were very patient with me as I was nervous about the swelling which subsided significantly after the first 48 hours. Everyone was extremely comforting. My sides (where the fat was removed) were a bit sore, but nothing some Advil could not relieve. It has only been one week since my procedure and the condition of my skin has drastically improved. I am very pleased with the results. There are no scars and the injection sites on my face are undetectable. Dr. Grossman is very meticulous and competent, as evidenced by the results of my procedure. At the risk of sounding repetitive, I am exceptionally grateful and would definitely seek consultation with any l future aesthetic concerns. I highly recommend the facility.

So his results online are impressive however went for implant consultation and he has horrible bedside manner looked at my breasts and laughed and made a joke about my small size. A male plastic surgeon in this day and age needs to be more professional and sensitive towards potential patients. I dont Care how good his reputation is this is inexcusable behavior in my view. Women giving over hard earned cash for elective surgery deserve better. I will probably go with another doctor I met with in the city purely because I was so turned off by the lack of manners.

I went to my $100 consultation. The minute I walked in, I didnt feel good. To many red flags. I thought I was in another country. The procedure Im getting is not listed on the website for woman, Over the phone I was told they had plenty of photos of the procedure to show me. Once I fill out the basic form and I paid the consultation, I asked for the photos of recent procedures done by Dr. Grossman.The receptionist pointed out to look at the binders in the table. There is no photos of the etching procedure. Once I met with Dr. Grossman, I knew it was a no no situation. Dr. Grossman has his on idea of plastic surgery, suggesting to get procedures Im not asking for. He keeps asking Siri for photos of models, to show me his work, he constantly brags about doing work on playboy girls, he even showed me a Kim k picture referring to her as I might of seen her too YET there is no pictures or proof to validate his work. I asked Dr. Grossman if he has photos of woman with the procedure Im looking to get, he response was Yes but Im not not going to get them now Dr. Grossman and I didnt not come to a procedure, conclusion or agreement, yet I was given a very fancy estimate. I will definitely not be getting work done by Dr. Grossman. Thank you.

Dr. Grossman is awesome! After conducting tons of research, I traveled from Virginia to meet him. I really appreciated his straight-forward and honest assessment of my concerns, so I decided to schedule the surgery. Approximately four months ago, I had fat transferred from my flanks to my calves. I also had fat inserted in my upper thigh to correct a liposuction defect from ten years ago. The fat removed from my flanks gave me a curvier figure, and the fat that was transferred to my calves greatly improved the overall look of my legs. For the first time in my life, Im looking forward to wearing dresses and shorts this summer due to how my calves look today. The fat that was injected into my upper thigh (a notoriously tough area for transferred fat retention) has also seen positive results. I do plan to go back and have a little more put in later this year, which I believe will permanently fix an issue Ive been insecure about for over 10 years. I will post an update after the process is complete.As far as the surgery itself, everything went very smoothly. Dr. Grossmans staff were extremely helpful and comforting throughout the process, and I was able to leave the facility shortly after the procedure. I didnt have to wear a compression garment or get stitches. I did experience some stiffness in my legs, but it wasnt unbearable. I healed quickly with minimal scarring. This experience was 100% different than the one I had with another plastic surgeon, and I am truly grateful for that. Thank you, Dr. Grossman!

I was misfortunate to be born with extremely skinny legs. No matter how much it worked out nothing ever changed. By pure accident I found a website that promised to perform an enlargement on my lower leg and a month later I want to see Dr Grossman. He assured me that this would work and another month later I had my surgery. With whatever it was that he did I was able to return to work the next day even though my job consists of spending most of the time on my legs. Just like he recommended I started working out 10 days later and my calves continue to grow. Im grateful for everything Dr. G has done for me and I wish him the best of luck in his endeavors. ****WARNING PLEASE READ****Please do your research! Dr Grossman fixed my botched surgery that was done by another doctor that had amazing reviews and advertised the best results! I never write reviews!! The reason why I wrote warning was because a lot of people read the bad reviews and get horrified especially when it comes to plastic surgery!!!! The problem is everyone is insecure atleast once in their life and Im not ashamed of it anymore because I have been through the worst!! I got my surgery done with a doctor in Manhattan (cant say his name because of legal reasons) but he did my lipo suction and fat transfer to my calfs and silicone oil in my butt, which was advertised and displayed to perfection! I did a lot of research and I have to say the doctor I went to had amazing reviews so I went with him but OMG he messed up my body sooooooo bad I had a horrible infection from the draining tubes and was In the hospital for two weeks! Come to find out that one of the nurses said Im not the first one! Silicone oil went down into my legs and had awful scars!! I lost all hope I was so depressed I went to like every doctor somebody referred me to this doctor and I winded up going In for a consult and he explained to me that he had a lot of patients that come in with the same issues and sometimes its so bad from other plastic surgeons that he cant even help them, he showed me before and after pictures and explained to me what he can do to fix my body. I literally and I mean literally spoke to at least five people that had surgery done by him that came in for like a follow up appointment they looked awesome and REAL not like these perfect advertisements!! Seriously BE AWARE!! After what I went though it was soooo hard to trust again :/ I had three consults before I decided to go through with the surgery Im so blessed that I did it because when I tell you that was the most complicated decision I have ever had to make in my whole life! But I did it and My body looks normal again and how I wanted it the first time I dont have indents everywhere! no doctors wanted to help me but He did !! Do not fall for FALSE advertisements They are all BS go look in a plastic surgeons photo gallery its all amaizng then look at his, its realistic ! Its honest! u can clearly tell the difference it looks even more better in person then in pictures DONT fall for what ever looks perfect its like buying a dress online it looks amazing on the manaqun and then u order it because u have this image of how its going to look on you but then you get it in the mail nd You get all excited to try it on and then bam u look like your wearing a Garbage bag its the same concept expect this is your body, you can return a dress you can not return a body I happen to get lucky. For most of my younger years, 20s 30s I was 120, 135 max. After my second child my skinny frame remained but my stomach was always a concern, probably was an extra 4lbs on that area alone. I exercised a lot, changed diet but nothing was moving the stomach fat. I was also very athletic and always boasted a good body and then this.....Eventually I came to the realization that I needed some help, so I visited a few places in the city, some I saw celebrities visited but ultimately I chose Doc Grossman in Brooklyn. On my visit just for the consultation I decided, if I must then I will do my lipo here for sure. The staff, the facilities and of course Doc Grossman made me felt confident enough to make up my mind. He knew his job, he explained the whole procedure to me and I decided there and then yes! I am going to let him help me feel better and look better. I scheduled the procedure and had it done and it was perfect. I was told it was painful after the procedure but I did not experience anything excruciating pain. On some days I took 400 mg Motrin if I experience discomfort but for the most part I was great. I experienced minimal drainage. I did experience some swelling in the lower abdomen but I did realize it was because my body healed so fast. I was removing the healing skin to keep the wounds open to continue draining but the body wanted to heal faster than I could remove the scabbing so I just allowed it. I watched my progress, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months etc. I literally saw my shape reconfigured and my body coming back. Most importantly, on each visit, Doc Grossman checked on my diet, my exercise routine and he kept on giving me tips to improve even more. Oh, and within exactly three months, I was not able to find any scars from the procedures. I literally did not use and creams to rub the area, the scars were hard to notice from inception but I was stunned to see there were absolutely no scars at all.I absolutely appreciate and respect Doc Grossman and his staff, best decision I made.

My procedure is scheduled next week so far everything went great. Doctor and staff was awesome. I never write reviews but i felt so welcomed and comfortable. I went to other doctors and never did I feel so strongly and satisfied with a doctor which is why I finally scheduled my surgery. I will update my review after seeing my results. A big plus on why I gave 5 stars is because I got to speak to other patients that got plastic surgery done by Dr. Grossman and saw no scaring and in there expirence they were going to work the next day the staff privitely asked their patients if they wanted to share their experiences with me I respected that a lot.

I seen dr grossman last month for BBLMy butt looks great and my belly flat and my love handles are gonemy shirts look better on me and I have the curvy shape I wish I had In High schoolEverything was pretty easy. I came in for a consult on a friday came back to set everything up on monday wit one of the front desk girls that explained all the stuff I had to do to get ready then I saw dr Grossman again which made me feel better because I had questions and his answers took all my doubt away. I did my surgery 2 weeks back later and looked better from the minute I woke up. Im still healing but Im so happy that I dont gotta wear any of those compression things or drains. On my follow up day someone was there getting fillers which looked awesome when he was done so my next follow up is next Friday and I might put some fillers in my lips !

Dr. Grossman is an amazing surgeon and sculptor. He did a Face fat transfer for me with Liposuction of the inner thighs, the results are absolutely amazing. He has given me back 20 years of youth! I have no scars, I look natural and my facial expressions havent changed. I dont look done, just young!I had no pain after surgery and was able to return to work 48 hours later. I went to Doctor Grossman thinking I needed a face lift, to my surprise he was able to bring the youth back to my face without even cutting me at all!After talking with him during my consultation and expressing to him what I wanted and showing him my photos of when I was young we decided to do fat transfer to my face. When I first woke up i had ZERO pain which was very surprising and I wasnt nauseous like I was when I had my nose job a few 10 years back. My face looked swollen and I was a little concerned but Fr. Grossman and the girls all reassured me that it would go down and I just needed time for it to settle. Reluctantly I obliged and patiently waited. Fast forward to today which exactly 13 weeks (minus one day) from my procedure and I look amazing!!! I started to see everything settle into place around 2 weeks and then it just continued to get better and better. I couldnt be more happier with my results I live in another state and I went to multiple plastic surgeons and they all required consult fees that were unreasonable and was not applied to any surgery which dr Grossman consult fee does apply which made me feel better about my trip i did my homework and found Dr Grossman, called the office made an appointment got in my car and took a chance. When I arrived to my appointment the staff was great.. the wait wasnt too bad I got to speak with other people that got surgeries done by dr Grossman to hear their experiences and see how happy they were with there results and getting to see first hand just made my drive that much more worth it. Dr. Grossman did my Breast fat transfer with Liposuction of flanks and sacrum(lower back) he also did abdominal etching 1 week ago. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE RESULTS. There is some swelling around the lipo but that is expected, The breasts are everything i always wanted..

About 5 years ago I went to have my nose done by Grossman, the day of my consultation he never discussed how he was planning to fix my nose and at the end he did a horrible job. My nose looks the same it looked before the surgery, only I payed $6500. He wouldn't admit his mistake and he refused to do anything to make it look better after I came back twice begging to fix it. Years later I found out that other surgeons on the day of the consultation advise on the new shape of the nose with using computer program and the patient can actually see their new nose on the monitor, which Grossman never provided to me. Never let him fix your nose, take my advise.

I am a teaching tennis pro and had my nose broken twice. I have seen a few plastic surgeons all of whom told me my case is very difficult and the price for surgery I was given was astronomical. Then some one recommended Dr Grossman. Dr Grossman showed me other patients with similar noses and their final outcomes. He did tell me the nose job was a difficult one and I needed open rhinoplasty with possibly a long recovery. The price quoted was half of the Manhattan prices. After a few months of pondering I took the plunge. I had rhinoplasty done at Dr. Grossman's office last year in March. Everything turned out so much better than I ever expected. There was no pain, very little bruising and besides a tiny little scar under the nose everything came out perfect. I have gotten a million compliments from my colleagues and students. I love my profile and selfie pics. I forgot to mention that besides Dr Grossman being good as a surgeon, he was pleasant and attentive all the time, his staff - very welcoming and warm. He told me back then to cut carb intake and exercise more. I tried that for a full year and lost a size and zero weight. This time he agreed to do both procedures. My surgery date is May 1.
