I had a lump forming on my forehead that I was concerned about and was referred to Dr. Kraft by Dr. Harvey. The receptionist was kind and informative then squeezed me in for a consultation. Dr. Kraft knew immediately it was lipoma (fatty tissue) that needed to be removed and he explained the procedure. I was nervous because it was going to be a scar above my eyebrow. His assistant was very attentive, calm, friendly, and kept reassuring me that everything would be okay. I came there on the day of the surgery very nervous since it's my face but the receptionist kept assuring me all would be fine. The procedure itself was not bad at all and not much pain. The aftercare was explained well and with patience. All of my questions were answered. I went back to have my stitches removed and it was painless. Dr. Kraft was patient when I made a mistake with aftercare and explained how to care for my incision going forward. Thank you Dr. Kraft, his assistant, and the receptionist for making my experience a painless and hassle free one.

Ive never been more impressed by ANY physicians office (Not even my PCP!) Dr. Kraft has the two most professional, warm, charismatic and overall wonderful staff members. Furthermore, the receptionist is VERY flexible with scheduling which I appreciated because I work and attend school. After visiting three other plastic surgeons, Dr. Kraft by far has been the only surgeon to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the procedure that I needed from the very first visit. I trusted him and his staff immediately. They assisted in having my insurance approve the surgery and kept me up to date with all necessary information. Dr. Kraft went above and beyond to explain the procedure and even wrote an in-depth narrative of what to expect a few days leading to surgery, up until three months post surgery. The day of the surgery he made me feel comfortable and his staff always reminded me they were only a phone call away in case of any issues or concerns. During my recent visit, Dr. Kraft was kind enough to inform he will be away but still encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions. I have absolutely no complaints and have already recommended Forest Hills Plastic Surgeon to my family and friends. I am sincerely appreciative of Dr. Kraft and his staff and I am even more happy with my post surgery results!

Dr.Kraft and his team are top notch. They are thorough army explaining the procedure. The procedure I had done was a lipoma removal and the surgery went well praise God !Dr.Kraft was quick and took his time with stitching as it shows because my healing process is going so well with very little scarring cant tell until it fully heals and God willing it will be no scarring. I would recommend him to all patients looking for a surgeon because him and his team are caring and very knowledgeable!

Was referred to Dr Kraft by my dermatologist, for the cyst on my back.The Cyst was removed by Dr Kraft -an ambulatory surgery.(i mean to say the procedure was performed in his office).I was very satisfied with my experience from beginning to end- The staff is very professional and the doctor executes his craft with artistry. Science + the human body + Dr Kraft . . . = amazing! At this point a week has gone by, my bandages/stitches are gone . . . and the lump is gone! Happy :)-one more thing . . . in my case i did not need any pain medication post surgery at all- not one tylenol or aything - plus i was able to resume normal activities immediately- Obviously being mindful of my surgery. I did stop running for 5 days just to make sure the healing process gets a good start.

I needed to get a lipoma removed from my forearm and by chance came across Dr. Kraft from an article posted online. The patient who wrote the article was pleased with the process so I took the chance, drove out to Queens and met Dr. Kraft and his staff. I couldn't be happier with the result!I was given an extremely fair, out of pocket price for the procedure and was able to have the lipoma removed the day after the free consultation. My stitches were removed yesterday and everything looks great. I joked with the staff on the way out that I can't wait to have something else removed so I can come back and visit....need something done?..go for the consult and you will be given a straight shooting answer about the price and procedure. 5 StarsMike Amori

My results from Dr Kraft's surgery were excellent. Contrary to what some have posted I found he was thoughtful, careful, and very clear about the procedure. The office staff was extraordinarily caring and efficient. Scarring was almost undetectable. After 4 years it is no longer noticeable.

My daughter had a scar revision here. The scar is now more than triple the size that it was when we came. I'm disappointed. I'm left with a bill for 1119, and they are threatening further action. My 10 year old now has a worse scar and we have saught other opinions regarding how we can move forward.
