Dr. DAgostino is a wonderful surgeon.I had Gallbladder Surgery two weeks ago and my Thyroid Surgery a year ago both done by Dr.DAgostino.He explains everything there is to know about your surgery and will answer all questions you may have.I felt very confident in him and will see him again for any surgeries in the future.The Staff at Surgical Specialist are very nice also.I recommend him to anyone.

They refused to see me due to the fact that a dr outside of thier network did a full hip replacement on me! Thier words! All I wanted was some help , The dr. That did the surgery says it's normal to have my hip bulging out of my side !

Very happy with Dr. Brod, had to have hand surgery. When i called to make appt. got it within a wk. Had surgery couple wks. later. Explained everything to me. Surgery went great. His PA was very professional, made sure i understood the healing process.Thank u Dr. Brod and his PA for everything.

My daughter was seen for a sports injury. I was very happy with the PA who saw her. He listened. He believed what she told him about her experience during the injury. He pinpointed very quickly where she was hurting and what was torn and we made a plan to get her back on her feet. He personally checked the fit of the brace/stabilizer before we left and he returned a later phone call very promptly to answer a question.. I am very happy with our experience here. In the future, if my daughter has an orthopedic/sports injury I will go straight to their orthopedic urgent care!

worst service ever, go to Albany. i had a kidney stone 8 mm in size they made me take a CT scan, then they made me wait a week until i decided to call them to get the information from them a week later, mean while they kept transferring me to different nurses, so it took almost a whole day to get the information, on what was the next stage of handling

As a patient of Dr. Tillou's, I was thrilled. His bedside manner inspired confidence and made me at ease about the procedure, and my incisions were tiny - almost invisible! Felt great after. Highly recommend.

Kinda awkward to hear a doctor and a nurse discuss a plan of treatment right in front of me. Then I go to checkout and a receptionist changes plans and creates a whole different scenerio then the doctor does. Then when you mention your confusion the receptionist says the dr. Dont know what he is talking about??? Now iam confused. Who handles your treatment the doctor or the receptionist?Unfortunately I need to go to a practice where everyone is on the same page. My treatment is important to me. I take it seriously.

I was admitted in the Glens Falls hospital with a bowel obstruction and Dr Tillou was the surgeon on duty. From the minute he walked in I had a good feeling about him and I was right. I was in the hospital for 10 days and not one day went by that he did not stop by to see me. I feel so blessed that he was my doctor. The surgery went well and he was able to do it laparoscopic. My follow up at his office was great everyone in the office was just as friendly and caring as Dr Tillou.
