It was a good experience in terms of outcome. Dr. Bernstein was skilled and the result looks good. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was that he talked to me through the surgery and I sometimes felt I needed to respond - I have bronchiectasis and can't always control my coughing. That made me tense. Otherwise, it was fine.

Dr. Bernstein of MDCS removed a performed a routine surgery for me with ease and great bedside manner. The staff here is nice and professional. There was a minor issue with the online communication system they use 'Klara' which can be frustrating to deal with when trying to get a prescription. Would rather just have prescriptions dealt with locally. Other than these minor hiccups my experience here has been flawless. Would recommend.

Dr. Ma and her staff : excellent, professional and comforting. I checked in on line and paid my copay on line prior to my visit which was very convenient. Wait time to be called to exam room was about 3-5 min; and Dr Ma came in 2-3 min following intake .Dr Ma was thorough, thoughtful and answered all my questions.I have to minus a star though for the facility that I visited.The location was convenient to get to, but once there, I noted the following:Fall/ slipping hazard at check in window/ lobby( cut piece of rug from other source) tattered , unsecured.Waiting room carpet stained and filthy.Stains and general filth all carpeted areas.No signage at entrance to parking lot or front of property to indicate correct location of office. Office is not visible unless you drive around to the back of the parking lot. Entrance not clearly marked.
