My procedure went very well, and even if I did have concerns, Dr.K is always on call to his patients to address any concerns, which was extremely comforting. Let me start by saying I have had many surgeries in my life. I have never given a review until now and strictly because Dr K deserves it. He took me on as a patient when I was being tossed from doctor to doctor with an unusual infection. He went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed and back to healthy. I am in my late 30s and have worked out my entire life. After having my children naturally my workouts became more frequent and intense because I was trying to get rid of all the baby weight. I finally reached my goal weight and was still dissatisfied with how my body looked. Another issue I was struggling with was how my breasts began to sag after breastfeeding. I went to a few plastic surgeons in Albany and Dr. K was by far the most honest and genuine. Every time I walk into his office he makes me feel as though I am his only patient. I came to Dr. Kayastha 2 months ago after going from one doctor to another to get moles removed. Prior to Dr K the experience was never tolerable for me. I always had the absolute worst anxiety over the needles used for Novocaine and the whole procedure in general. With his great skill with needles and his kindness Dr. K got me past my extreme fear. He gave me confidence I never thought possible, and for the first time in my life I am no longer terrified to have moles removed. At my first procedure with Dr K I had 6 taken off at one time, and I was blown away by how easy and painless it was! Not only that, the 12 days with stitches were also fine. In the past I would have terrible pain and irritation from the stitches, and the scars left were very noticeable. Not this time! The incision sites are barely noticeable. Dr K is hands down the most skilled Dr. I've ever been to. Dr K and his whole staff are extremely caring, skilled and treat their patients with great respect. I have finally found a doctor I am comfortable with-- and with the number of moles I have, and procedures I will need in the future, that itself will save my life!

Dr. K is an excellent doctor. I needed a vein ablation and he was recommended to me by another doctor which I am forever grateful. I noticed the difference immediately. I was referred to K Plastic Surgery after losing a significant amount of weight after bariatric surgery. My first impression of the office generally speaking was very positive. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a nice environment overall. Almost immediately after meeting Dr K. I knew I had made the right decision. After doing a thorough examination, Dr. K suggested a vertical, circumferential abdominoplasty. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and what he believed he could accomplish. Dr. K is extremely knowledgeable and his bedside manner is second to none. After my surgery, I should have had a one night stay at the surgical center; however, Dr. K noticed right away that I had some post op bleeding, which he did tell me was a possibility when removing such a large amount of skin. He then took immediate action; coordinating everything and got me transferred to the main hospital and into the O.R. later that night so he could make sure the bleeding had stopped. With the additional surgery, I ended up with a three night stay in the hospital. During that time, Dr. K came to see me every day before and after his normal office hours. I looked forward to each pending visit, and knowing that he was coming in, got me through my time there. Had I not had the complication, my experience would have been a very positive one, but because of it, I got to see just how great Dr. K is. A doctor can look good when everything goes smoothly, but its when it doesnt that a doctor can really shine. My friends and family cannot believe what Dr. K was able to accomplish. I highly recommend Dr. K as he does take great pride in his work, and it most definitely shows!

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was recommended to see a surgeon and a plastic surgeon. Dr. K came from a recommendation from my surgeon who did my mastectomy. You may not know this, but Dr. Kayastha performs vein procedures too. I've had vein ablations on both legs. The results were amazing! . Guided by ultrasound, Dr. K uses a catheter and RF waves . It is an outpatient procedure and I could resume normal activity the next day. He is one of a kind!

I had absolutely the best experience with doctor K. I had fully split earlobes that went all the way down the middle and even some parts just didn't look repairable because I was so self concisous before I got the surgery I was popping earrings through my ears so it would cover up the split, when I was doing that I would sleep with them in and they kept ripping the skin even more so I moved to clip ins. When I see doctor K my ears looked so irritated and looked so terrible he was still very blunt with me and told me to stop and worked a MIRICALE on getting them back to look normal again. It looks now as if all the trouble I put my ears through it is as if it never even happened that's how amazing they look. He's a great doctor anyone who needs help with anything on their body that they want to alter or fix this is the doctor to go to. He changed my life and made me able to be able to live a normal life again . Thank you so much!

I honestly can not say enough good things about Dr. K! From my consultations to the end of my follow ups, he made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Dr K. made me feel like I was more than just a patient. I wasn't just another number to him, he really cared and wanted to do the best job possible. I had bi lateral gynocamastia surgery done and I am thrilled with the outcome. The pain and pressure and soreness that I was having before surgery is completely gone. The look of my chest is night and day differenct compared to the day I walked through the doors to my final follow up. Dr. K took the time to answer all of my questions, he answered my emails and returned my phone calls. He treated my situation individually, and researched the best plan for my surgery.
