Warning .....Beware of this place , they are unprofessional and make many mistakes. I wouldn't even give them one star but that is the only way , I can leave a review. I wish I knew how horrible this place was/is before I went , only after I had gone there , I heard from so MANY other people about their bad experiences.I will never get over the damage they did to my teeth plus the prejudice behavior I received there ... I had a Sufi Muslim dentist treat me horrible and make rude comments about Salafi Muslims (also made damage to my teeth) because we are different sects of Islam. I had a Christian women cleaning my teeth that kept saying to me how could I not celebrate Christmas (not asking in a nice way either , more like rude lecturing) ..... apparently she also did this before to another women who was Christian and didn't celebrate Christmas because her father died at the time. The women told me she would never go back there. Again unprofessional people working there and they damage peoples teeth. I have not met one person that liked this place , I don't understand how they are still open. I never had a problem with my previous dentist but he retired and moved away. I also never in my life went through so many unprofessional people in one place. I'm writing this to warn and protect others like I would have liked to been warned before going not after when the damage was already done both physically and honestly mentally.

Skip it. Unprofessional staff who want you there on time but you can wait an hour to see the dentist for his 2 minutes. Today he lectured me on my tone of voice and language instead of answering my question about.my crown. Also be prepared for them to make you come back repeatedly each time paying $15 fee fir PPE. Meanwhile they don't even give out q toothbrush or floss lol!

Dr. Hussein and his staff are excellent and professional. My grandson and granddaughter who are 8 years old had a fear of the dentist due to the prior dentist they were going to before they changed to Dr. Hussein. He made the twins feel relaxed and my grandson loved how Dr. Hussein rubbed my grandsons head and how friendly & kind he was. Two weeks ago my grandson had 2 teeth pulled and had to go back yesterday to have 2 more teeth pulled and have to crowns put on. My grandson walked in the exam room without any fear. Thank you Dr. Hussein.

They are awesome with kids!! My son hates the dentist, but Dr. Ahmed and Jacklyn are patient, friendly, and gentle. Just going to the dentist my son gets nervous. My son was relaxed, and no longer worried after his first visit. My son is 5, and was excited to go to the second visit for more fillings. Everyone is really nice!

The times I have used their services, first for my mother when she needed work done and now for a teenager we are guardians for, have been very pleasant. The staff is cheerful and makes you feel at ease. The dentists as well. I would highly recommend this place.

The doctor is amazing! I didn't feel any pain. He is not only a great dentist he is empathetic to your fears and gains your trust. I would recommend all my friends and family to him . The staff is very informative and is willing to assist in providing you a pleasant experience.

Everyone was awesome from the front desk to the nurse and dentist. I went in for an extraction and told them I didn't want to feel any pain, Lol. It was done so quick that I didn't feel a thing. Very happy with the service. Thank you Great Expressions!

Our son needed an emergency root canal, we were referred to Dr. Amed. He was such a wonderful man. He handed it with so much care and concern. He did a wonderful job. Even got my son to giggle a bit during all the craziness. Great Doctor! We loved him so much we decided to switch practices. He is great with both my children.

The Monticello Staff is the best!!! They were very informative and helpful in getting my denture work approved and done. I can't say enough about them, very friendly, informative, and helpful in everyway!!! I had alot of work done and the Drs and their staff were very gentle and caring. Very informative so I knew exactly what to expect throughout my procedures.Thank You best job every!!!!!

I was overwhelmed when I first received a cost estimate for the work I needed done without having dental insurance. Tracy at the front desk went out of her way to sign me up for a CareCredit card to help manage my payments. The day after I had my first wisdom tooth removed, I received a call from Tracy, just to see how I was feeling. I managed to get dental insurance, effective only for a few months, and the entire staff helped me schedule all of my appointments before my insurance expires. Very kind staff who understood my situation and helped me because they truly cared! Thank you all so much.

The worst service this place have today4-12-2019 I took my son to place for his regular check up and I have to wait for an hour and then I went up to window ask the front desk how long it would take .?The women behind the desk told the x-ray machine is Down .! They should let me know that they have problem with there equipment I would make another appointment for next time ...!

I have been going there for a few years and it was okay. My medical insurance covers two exams and cleanings a year and I pay a $30 copay and they still participate in my insurance plan. I was scheduled to have a cleaning in May but was unable to because I was recovering from surgery. Today I called to schedule and they will not give me an appointment unless I purchase their insurance plan. I was most annoyed and explained that we had work done for years without purchasing their plan and only purchased their plan because we had crowns done and it was cost effective. They would not give me an appointment with having 'dental insurance'. I should not be forced into purchasing their insurance if I do not need it. I will never use them again!

GREAT EXPRESSIONS is the WORST DENTIST OFFICE i have ever been too. I have been there three times and had nit been touched once! I was giving a treatment plan twice. I scheduled an appointment for two filings today. Ehen i was waiting forever for the dentist, he said he was not giving me filings but going over the treatment plan once again! !! Really! ! I made an appointment for fillings. They are waiting for them to turn into root canals for more money. Ripped their crappy napkin off and left calling them incompetent and unprofessional! ! Do not use these dentists! !!!!!!

I would give zero stars if it was a option, nobody answers the phone or gets back to voicemails and on the rare occasion that they do they are nothing but rude and snooty towards you for no reason at all, nor them or the manager seem to care how uncomfortable they make you feel, when I tried to complain about how they were making me feel I got argued with some more and got more attitudes instead of a apology dont go to this practice unless you want to feel uncomfortable belittled and not cared for!

Great Expression Dental Center at Monticello and Broadway, was RUDE. Front desk needs to go back to school, girls don't know how to practice skills. Manager Kathy gave me nasty remark and threw the sliding window when asked a question. I requested records and x-rays for another Medical Dentist. Good luck!

Horrible the office manager needs to go learn about claim submissions and correct handling of insurance practices. They have no clue what's going on in the office and they blame it being so short staff! Really........ they do not even deserve a star!

you will wait for hours in the lobby. they waste hours of your time by making you wait the staff is rude and they don't care you were walking on a Wednesday afternoon appointment was for 2 pm. At 3 pm we still waiting in the lobby. don't waste your time or your money with this chain.
