Well, after givinghin a nice review for past work, I went in today about having my implants replaced. As I was about to pay, he informed me in front of his secretaries that I was fat. That I was morbidly obese. That he didn't even recognize me since last time. I ran out in tears. I will never set foot in that office again. He makes rude comments, and I had braced myself for a remark about my weight. But this was cruel and humiliating.

Your insulting, humiliating ways with our daughter the other day has brought your rating down and rightfully so. Insulting a women about her weight when she has put a small amount on since you have seen her last. How dare you continue your remarks in front of your staff after you see she is distraught about your humiliating words and you turn and walk away, leaving her to walk out of your building and drive home in that condition. You were not kind, you were not helping her with a health issue, you were just plain old rude and unprofessional. An unkind moment that a young woman who has had an eating disorder will not quickly forget. I hope no man ever treats your wife (who by the way a beautiful woman like our daughter, has put a few pounds on over the years,) like you just treated our daughter. Thank you for ignoring our phone calls, which proves to me you are a coward and know what you did was wrong.
