From the moment I walked in the door at Dr. Whites office, I immediately felt like I was suddenly part of this amazing family. I made my initial consultation with him because I was concerned with how my face was aging, specifically in the neck and jowl area. During my consultation, Dr. White took time to really listen to what I wanted to achieve with my surgery. When I asked his opinion, he was truthful, compassionate and kind. He gave me an honest opinion about what he felt would be best for what bothered me most. He knew that a neck lift was just what I needed and he assured me that his goal was to give me a beautiful, natural result that I would love. And he was 100% right! My results were just as he promised and then some. I look so natural that no one that didnt already know I was having surgery has been able to tell. Following my surgery Dr. White was so gentle and made sure I experienced as little discomfort as possible (which really wasnt anything at all!) when he took out my stitches. Throughout my entire recovery he listened to and addressed all my concerns (all part of the normal healing process) with patience and understanding. I really felt like he always listened to me. Not only is Dr. White truly the best, but his staff could not have been better. From the first time I called to make my initial appointment, they, too, treated me just like family. Every single time I call or visit, Steffanie and the entire staff, always make me feel like I am their priority. They were all there whenever I needed anything before and after my surgery. I was so well prepared, that on the day of surgery I wasnt worried about anything. To this day, Dr. White and his staff are just as engaged and connected to me as they were during that very first visit. Its been a little over a year since my surgery and I continue to get wow, you look great! without anyone having any idea that I had anything done. If you are experiencing concerns with facial aging, Dr. White is definitely the doctor you should see. I truly believe there is no other doctor in all of NYC like him! I recommend Dr. White wholeheartedly. I had a face/neck/eye lift 18 months ago, and I am so happy with the results. I feel like a 10-20 year younger version of me, young and confident. The results are so natural that no one would guess anything was done. My closest friends have wondered what I am doing to look so rested and happy. By far the Kindest plastic surgeon EVER. And by far the very best in a town that everyone is the very best. Dr. White is a plastic surgeons surgeon. He actually listens to what your concerns are. He does not try to sell you or push you. His main concern is the patient. My outcome is so natural (even 2 weeks post op). He takes his time. His practice is not a factory. He is beyond gifted. A plastic surgeon recommended him and said he was the best! Why go anywhere else? The best of the best!

I cant recommend Dr White enough. Ive been self conscious for years about my jaw line and jowls but too nervous to do anything about it. To trust someone with your face is a big scary decision. Dr White was recommended to me by 2 friends both in fashion and completely unrelated. I knew from the moment I met him he was the right choice. Hes such a perfectionist and he genuinely cares about his patients and getting an amazing, natural outcome. It was the best decision Ive ever made and Im so happy with the outcome. No one knows Ive had anything done.. they all keep telling me my new shorter haircut is so flattering it takes 10 years off . If you are seriously considering surgery you should do yourself a favor and book a consultation. My only regret is I didnt do it sooner.

I had a Face and Neck lift by Dr White, in August of 2017. I am still so happy with my results. Office staff is so organized, Consultations go very smoothly, the Doctor and his staff are very patient and stay with you to answer all your questions , even if you are nervous and repeat them. They go into great detail about how the procedure will be done. Great care and detaly goes into how you should care for yourself after and your follow up visits are clearly stated, so you can make plans to get there.Also your prescriptions and given in advance so you don't have to worry about stopping at the pharmacy, and they have a delivery service if that necessary. You can book your surgery date then contact the surgical office and the Anesthealogolist to start making those payments if you want to help lower your cost at the time of surgery. Like I said very happy, I would rather be happy looking in the mirror every day now then looking and tugging at my skin wondering how I would look if I did the surgery.

Dr White changed my life when he preformed facial scar reduction surgery on me in 2012. I had a huge scar and Dr White had to spend something like 1-2 hours more than expected without complaints. Im so grateful for him and his amazing staff. Thank you guys!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Whites for many years, and I have always been impressed with his understanding of the aesthetics of the face. I also like the fact that he specializes in facial surgery alone. Dr. Whites highly refined sense of facial proportion produces beautiful, natural looking results that do not in any way look like plastic surgery. You, only better!I am one-week post-op for facial surgery and I already see great results. Surgery is a big decision and its scary, but I wasnt nervous because I had complete confidence in Dr. White. As the years go by, I continue to be thankful that I went to Dr. White for my rhinoplasty. I had my deviated septum fixed in 2015 after being diagnosed with a rare auto immune disease in 2012. To this day my nose still looks just as natural and perfect as the two weeks after I got it done ( because those first two weeks were rough). Dr.White used bone from my rib to create my new STABLE septum. Three and a half years later and my nose and still standing tall. I also had a lot of trouble breathing due to my deviated septum but after my procedure my breathing improved tremendously. After my surgery I had the freedom to just breathe again and it was liberating. I can't recommend Dr. White enough. My rhinoplasty consultation with him was the first I attended, and it ended up being my last. Once I sat down with him to discuss my surgery, I knew I didn't need to look any further for the right surgeon for me. He is sincere, knowledgeable, and professional, with a great bedside manner. At several weeks post-op, I couldn't be happier with my decision and am already thrilled with my results.Prior to seeing Dr. White, I had trouble breathing, and I was unhappy with certain aesthetic aspects of my nose. My biggest fear was that I would come out of surgery looking unrecognizable, but Dr. White quickly put me at ease with his commitment to giving me the natural look I desired. I was also immensely pleased with Dr. White's preparedness when it came to the structural aspects of my nose. At his recommendation, I went for a CT scan prior to surgery to identify any additional issues. This proved extremely beneficial in my case and enable Dr. White to optimize his plan and approach for my surgery prior to getting in the operating room.Because of Dr. White and his wonderful staff, namely office manager, Steffanie, I felt completely prepared for my surgery and knew what to expect post-op. Review of septo/rhinoplasty surgery:Let me begin by sharing with everyone that I can appreciate the amount of stress and research that one typically places on finding the right doctor. I did an exorbitant amount of research before settling on Dr White... I had multiple 1:1 meetings with what many would consider the top plastic surgeons in NYC (and some not so great). After a ton of consideration, I decided to go with Dr White for a number of reasons:* his experience is impressive* his office space (and staff) is very professional and represents just what youd want to experience in this field* the office manager, Steffanie, is terrific (more on this below)* he has an understanding and compassionate persona* he makes you feel like your the most important patient he has Now for the most important part... Dr White did an outstanding job with my nose and I can breathe wonderfully. I was extremely nervous before the surgery, as anyone would be, especially for something in the middle of your face. Prior to the surgery, Dr White assured me that, though my case was a challenging one (a revision from a prior septo/rhino 10yrs ago), he would not end the surgery until it was the best possible finished product. Its over a month later and I can confidently say that he is nothing short of a top-notch surgeon. My finished nose is great and Dr White encourages follow-up visits. Furthermore, he (and his office manager, Steffanie) doesnt give the patient the feeling that hes just looking to move on to the next patient/paycheck after hes finished with you - he takes the time to meet with you and ensure youre taken care of throughout all steps of the process: before, during surgery, and for a while after. But most importantly, my nose looks great and I can finally breathe. Its very important to touch on his staff for a moment.... Dr Whites staff, especially Steffanie, is best-in-class. Steffanie (and all staff) treated me with care, respect, and took a genuine interest in my feelings and what I hoped to accomplish through the surgery. Follow-ups were frequent, personal, and appreciated. I cannot underscore enough what a difference this makes. Theres even more positive feedback I can provide, but Ill end it here with one final note: I fully understand and appreciate the stress and anxiety one experiences when considering which doctor to use for a plastic surgery. To that end, Id encourage anyone to feel free to reach out to me personally and Id be happy to share more details about my experience. Simply put, I highly recommend Dr Matthew White.

I was referred to Dr. White by my ENT, Dr. Ward on 86th street in Manhattan, who is incredible, by the way. Dr. White took a walk-in appointment with me the day my doctor called him to assist on a septoplasty surgery. His office space has a modern/glamorous design and everyone there treats you incredibly well. His assistant, Stephanie, acts like she knows what shes talking about, and she definitely does. Thats a good thing. I didnt opt for cosmetic surgery to fix a bit of a crooked nose/septum. I didnt think I would end up with a straight nose AND be able to breathe clearly, but thats what I got. Hes a true pros pro when it comes to the nose and youll be glad you teamed up with him and his staff when the cast comes off.

I selected Dr. White after conducting a simple google search. I really appreciated his natural approach to facial surgery. After my first consultation I knew I wanted him to perform my rhinoplasty. He spent ample time discussing my needs, evaluating my nasal structure, and mocking up images. Before the surgery his Practice Manager, Steffanie, was the BEST. She spent nearly an hour discussing all of the pre- and post-op recovery requirements. She even provided me with healing medications that helped significantly. The healing process was the best it could be. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of pain with any intensive surgery like this, but I had no bruising and could go out publicly in a week and a half. Dr. White called me several times after the surgery to check in. Now, ~3 weeks out from surgery and the results are impeccable. They're identical to our projected photos. His services are personal and individualized. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

After meeting Dr. White at my consultation, I realized immediately that he would be the plastic surgeon I would choose for my rhinoplasty. I cant say enough how glad I am that I did. I was a very nervous patient with an even more nervous mother, and Dr. White saw me on 3 different appointments and answered every question each time. The day of the surgery he came into recovery many times to check on me. He called me that night, and every night after to see how I was doing. Any question I had, on post op Steffanie in his office called me back within 10 minutes! No matter what time. The support I received from Dr. White and his office staff before, during and after was very impressive, warm, and professional. I know it is hard to make a decision to get plastic surgery and an even harder one on which plastic surgeon to choose, but I wish my future self could have read my review telling me that choosing Dr. White is the best decision you will make. And by the way, my nose looks amazing!! It looks like the nose I should have been born with. No one would look at me and ever say she looks like she had a nose job It is so natural. I am so happy the way it turned out (and an added bonus is that I can breathe so much better!). My only regret is that I wish I would have done this years ago.

From the first time I met with Dr. White for my rhinoplasty consultation I knew I was in good hands. I felt like I knew him all my life. As a nurse myself, having been in the medical field for 7 years, I was extremely pleased with my experience.
