I have been to LCSSs office 5 times- including my initial consultation with Dr Rubinstein. Ive had 4 treatments- 3 Juvederm and 1 botox. Ive been thrilled with all of the results. The entire team at LCSS is welcoming comforting and helpful. Ive also consulted with Dr Rubinstein for other procedures I plan to do at LCSS.The Doctor is excellent. He explains everything clearly- including all options available to treat your areas of concern- and he wants to know your treatment goals. So the experience is always a collaboration. I had been going to a different office for over 3 years for Botox, before my first visit to LCSS. I had consulted the other office about Juvederm several times- but did not feel comfortable enough moving forward with either office for my Juvederm treatments. I was referred to Dr Rubinstein by an ENT Surgeon within when I went for a consultation. My cartilage had collapsed in my nose. I was unable to breathe probably and was unable to blow my nose. I kept getting chronic sinus infections and bronchitis on top of everything. The ENT I went to recommended Dr. Rubinstein. I was very nervous when I went to my first appointment with him. He reassured me that everything would be okay, and he seemed genuine in wanting to help me. I cannot believe the speedy recovery I had; I had no issues. I am so thankful for finding Dr. Rubinstein. He is truly an amazing doctor. The staff were respectful and very friendly. I know I asked way too many questions, but everything I asked was answered right away and I never felt like I was a bother. I had such an incredible experience; it was really life changing.

Dr. Rubinstein is a very knowledgeable ENT doctor and provided me with the treatment I needed. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea two years ago and was referred to Dr. Rubinstein by one of my friends and my wife who was familiar with his work. I was miserable before seeing doctor Rubenstein with a severe sinus infection that I had 4 months. After only a few weeks with doctor Rubenstein I my infection is gone and my sinu's are a 100% better. My only regret is I waited ,like a fool, too long to get the correct treatment. My primary care physician didn't help one bit for months. So if you are having a problem just call and make that appointment you'll be happy you did. Dr. Rubinstein performed my dermal filler injections, about eight months ago and then again recently. I wanted to look better, a little younger, and certainly more refreshed. A great experience! I had microneedling today and fillers for my eyebags. Both procedures lasted 15 minutes altogether. I can't say it was comfortable, (it depends on the person) but the bags weren't going anywhere unless I did it. Everyone in the office is wonderful from the receptionist to Sarah who did the microneedling and Dr. Rubenstein who did the fillers. They take a lot of time with you and explain the procedures and answer all your questions and they do their best to put you at ease. I have two more treatments and I am sure that I will see results. I definitely recommend this office!
