Great place to go but trying to get reports on blood work and xrays are like pulling teeth. I always have to call to try and find out. Today I was told I would have to talk to a specific person in order to get them but that person was off that I could see her and find out my test results tomorrow. Very frustrating when you have waited as long as I have to begin with

The only reason I'm reviewing the Olean Medical Group is because of some other reviewers. I was there for the first time on Monday 1/20/2020. From the moment I walked through the doors EVERYONE was very very friendly and helpful. It could NOT have been a better experience. Keep up the good work!!

Good place with a really good variety of doctors. The doctors are great. The support staff is not up to par. No one smiles which says a lot about the place itself. I've been going here for nearly 20 years. Dr. Shulman is the absolute best family doctor. He's dedicated to his patients. He will call himself to answer questions.The pediatrician Dr Ilustre and Salzmann will never speak to you directly. It is always a message through their support staff. The woman at the desk at Salzmann's office is often curt to patients on the phone and in person. She asked my 16 year old daughter why she was calling herself to make an appointment. Seriously?I think if Salzmann knew just how unprofessional this employee was, there would be action done.Salzmann gets an A+Ilustre gets an BShulman gets an A++++++

I have a family friend who was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He was scheduled to have surgery in mid November but they canceled the surgery at the last minute and postponed it to Christmas Eve. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate, especially since he took off work for that surgery and now he will be missing out on spending the holidays with his family as well as my family being affected. You should honestly get more reliable surgeons. If you really care about your patients as much as you do you would have found someone else to do the surgery. They had no consideration for their patients and put money first

I have had great success with my cardiologist Dr Cox and Dr Lewis, allergist. Proficient consults and a couple home calls that led to quad bypass couple years ago and later a stent. Doc keeps me on right meds for CAD. Dr Lewis is quite thorough on tracking down potential allergies on only one symptom.
