I called to make an appointment. The receptionist Jeanie asked me some questions about my insurance and me wanting insurance to pay for the procedure. I explained what I knew, and she was like "nope that's not how it goes." The whole conversation was odd, and I just wanted to Make an appointment. I have the financial means to pay for the surgery if insurance denied the claim, but she insisted on going on and on. I asked for the office manager she " well that would be me" very unprofessional and I choose to go elsewhere. and I told her I would be making a review -for working there 20 years like she said she needs to do better. Now I'll call my primary explain to him and get a new referral and take my money and business elsewhere.
