Dr. Don is probably the best dr. I been to in many years. I've been going there for 4 years now. He was the only one to answer every question I had. He was the one who diagnosed my medical condition and treated me accordingly. He spends whatever time is needed with you until you are satisfied with visit. Although the front end of office ( staff at desk) could use some lessons on rudeness and could be more pleasant.... Dr. Don is terrific....

Don is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to try to help my sister and I with our asthma issues. His staff at the front desk though are absolutely terrible. They are all so rude and talk down to you. I wish they would at least fake some smiles and add some kindness when they speak and answer phones. Don is top notch though. And he really does care.

The whole staff and Dr. Don are the best people you can meet and or get serviced by. True you may have to wait, but to all the idiots that give Dr. Don negative comments it is because he DOES NOT RUN A PATIENT MILL. You do not just get a 15 min visit or less from him, he asks you if you have any questions and he will sit with you for an HOUR as he did or does with me to make sure I am all right. People wait because they know he cares about them, he could make far more money getting you in and out in 15 minutes. Dr. Don does not and never has pushed any med on anyone I know, and if you want off I know he will help you do that, some people on here are just asses. That little clog wearing man even does house check ups on his own time to terminal patients you bunch of ingrates.

Great staff and awesome doctor!! Mr. Merrihew is a caring individual and have always had positive experiences.. You may have to wait 2 hours to see him but you must keep in mind this is a 'Walk-in' Clinic. Would highly recommend Convenient Medical Care to anyone!!!

The Doctor is a great guy, but the staff is just awful. Rude, unfriendly, never the same person. They act like they are all put out all the time. You can sit for an hour with no help and they get mad if you ask any questions!

Terrible people. They aren't there to help, but rather take your money and push this medicine on you, and won't help you to get off.. You will simply be kicked out for another. Stay far away. They have already been in trouble once and now again by taking too many patients (again.. thief's).
