Complaint with the state but with my insurance company as well against one of the doctors. While hospitalized for a medical problem one of the doctors medically released me, at the time I believe he was an EAR NOSE & THROAT specialist. I was told prior to returning to work to go see him. Telling this doctor I was to weak to return to work he said he only saw me as a favor to the hospital so I needed to find another doctor and that he could only give me a note for the weeks I was hospitalized. I gave the note to my employer who noticed the note was on stationary indicating a hair transplant. Further research I discovered the 'doctor' was not a specialist but an Intern.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Quatela. I currently live out of state and am so happy I chose to travel to my home town of Rochester to have him perform my procedures. I am 55 years old and had a face lift and lower bleph in March and my results have been nothing less than fantastic! The prospect of facial plastic surgery can be frightening and overwhelming but my entire experience with Dr. Quatela from the Lindsay House staff to the post op care I received at the Carriage House was incredible. I highly recommend Dr. Quatela for his skill, experience, professionalism and attention to detail.

It's been a little over a year since having some upper/lower eyelid work done by Dr. Quatela and I'm here to say, I couldn't be more pleased! As a local aesthetician, I wanted the 'best person for the job' and I knew (from years of very positive feedback his clients) he was the one. He provided EXACTLY what I was looking for. After personally doing all the potential non-surgical restorative efforts I knew to do, it became clear that my genetic lower eye fat sacks and upper heavy eyelids could only be addressed by surgical means. On June 7th 2018 I had a belt lift done by dr Kalnoki and I couldn't be more happy about the experience and results. I'd like to start by saying everyone was wonderful from the nurses to Dr Kalnoki to the receptionist. Dr Kalnoki has a artist's eye and her attention to detail was very impressive and showed by the final results. In addition to that I also recovered faster than normal with minimal scarring and no complications. If you are unsure of which plastic surgeon to use I wouldn't think twice about using quatela and Dr kalnoki again. I couldn't be happier and I look forward to having a arm lift done next year. Thank you Dr kalnoki for the wonderful job you have done.

Amazing atmosphere amazing staff amazing location the Lindsay house is beautiful. Doctor koenig did my breast augmentation and I am so happy I chose him as my surgeon. He is incredible and does amazing work and his staff is just as incredible. Very educated, informative, confident, and his bedside manner made me comfortable and put me at ease. I've been devistated and terrified with my Basal Cell Carcinoma and Mohs Surgery on my upper Lip in 2016 until I met Dr. Vito Quatela and his Nurse Practicioner - Julie Chatt;They treat me with the best attention and comfort my emotions all the time I came to see them. They always seen me for Appointment when I needed it right away after the Surgery.
