Dr Waheed took care of me after a MOHS procedure. I found him to be excellent. However, when he asked me to return after 3 months for a follow-up visit I encountered the following...I was told by the administrator that I should return after 3 months. I asked if I could make an appointment. She said no, I would receive a card in the mail as a reminder. The card was six weeks late but I made the appointment as soon as I received it. When I was charged for the visit I inquired why? I was told that it was only included as part of the original procedure if it was prior to the 3 months. I explained that the card was sent to me late otherwise I would have made the appointment earlier. She said she was sorry. I called billing and explained. Justin said he understood and would deal with the office administrator. She again declined. At this point I was fed up and paid. I never returned for another follow-up that Dr. Waheed asked me to make.

I have never written a complaint review for any business and I preface this because I am more upset than i have ever been with a doctor office or any business for that matter. I was treated by Dr. Hassan for approx 6 months because I was new to the area and he was the only doctor that I could fid easily to treat my condition. He seemed nice enough every visit (his bedside manner was less to be desired, but he did the job so I did not question it). His Staff, on the other hand was horrible. I cannot express in words how disrespectful, Rude, and unprofessional the entire staff is... from Susan the receptionist, to Jay, and all the way up to Laura the office manager. I would strongly NOT recommend this office for anyone. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the board of health as they refused to release my medical records to my new doctor office because they said Dr. Hassan was on Vacation!!!! Stay far away. If I could give ZERO stars on the review I would do so.

Phone call just to inquire about certain procedures they do and to see if they accept my insurance and to see if I can make an appointment for a consultation . A very very RUDE Registered male nurse Jay had the nerve to say your a problem patient I can see already because your asking questions and said we dont need you and have a good day and Abruptly hung up. Well thats not a way to speak to anyone and I suggest the doctors monitor their workers. Such poor behavior from a professional I cant even imagine what the docs are like if staff are behaving poorly.

Dr. Hassan seemed nice but unfortunately his staff is horrible. They never filed my paperwork to my insurance company, I always had to call them on the status of my surgery. Its been weeks and they still haven't called to finalize a date for my surgery. Absolutely horrible customer service
