Who Cares

Dr.Barach is ok. A little fickle and will have you come in for several follow ups if you have good insurance. The current receptionist is a nightmare. Shes constantly talking over you and at you. She doesnt listen very well at all. I hope the other receptionist comes back as she was much more pleasant and a delight to speak too.

When you make a big investment with anything, especially your body, it pays to shop around. If you're reading this review, this should be your final stop. You are not going to find a better plastic surgeon than Dr. Barach. My story is a long and painful journey with polycystic ovarian syndrome. After many years, I was finally able to get a hysterectomy. Due to this syndrome being hormonal, the removal of my estrogen supply was one of the best decisions I made to begin recovering from this horrendous illness. The weight finally began to come off me and I started on an amazing path to wellness! Fitness became an integral part of my health. The only issue I came up against, that I could not remedy on my own, was the loose skin on my arms. If you ever had this experience, you know how awful it can be. I hid under baggy shirts and long sleeves. When I came to Dr. Barach, I told him that I was literally on the verge of 'losing it' if I had to deal with this loose skin much longer! Dr. Barach, as well as his fabulous team, actually 'got it'! Everyone here is intelligent, empathetic and very professional! They are also very flexible and will work with you to meet all of your needs and concerns! Oftentimes, a surgery can be done in more than just one way and Dr. Barach and his team are well-versed in giving you all the options there are! I knew right away Dr. Barach would meet my expectations...but what I hadn't counted on was how much he and his entire team would impressively exceed my expectations with a level of integrity, care and perfection that goes above and beyond what any person would expect. Today, I have brand new arms and a whole new lease on my life! I don't think I could ever thank Dr. Barach enough!

My rhinoplasty was a disappointment. I had wanted this done for years, but after Dr. Barach did the surgery, my nose was smaller, but lopsided with a lump on one side. No problem, he does free touch ups... only you do have to pay for the anesthesia and go through the recovery again. Fine. But on the second go, it looks even more lopsided and seems to be actually missing cartilage on one side. It looks worse than before. I went in to consult about having this touched up again, but he didn't even seem to understand what the problem was. I was afraid that if I let him do another surgery I would end up even worse. I wish I had never gotten anything done. My original nose really was better.
