Dr. Marshall has been a blessing! Breast augmentation was such a scary thought for me. I decided to take a chance and had a consultation with Dr. Marshall and right away I was put at ease! He listened to what I wanted and what I didnt. I felt like I was in complete control the whole time. I met with Dr. Marshall three months ago to discuss a solution to my lumpy jowls. We immediately connected and I felt comfortable and confident with his expertise and suggestions for a remedy. We decided on the Morpheus8 treatment and I had my first in December, 2019. I found the procedure to be painless but with some discomfort. A numbing cream was applied and it worked well along with occasional laughing gas as needed. I was able to drive home with no problem. My skin was red (sunburned look) which was gone the next day. There was some scabbing that healed by the third day after treatment. I started seeing improvement soon after. I have just completed my third treatment and am pleased with the progression I am seeing and looking forward to seeing even more improvement. Dr. Marshall was very gentle and considerate during the process. He went through it and knows what the patient is feeling. He and Cassie are the best! I will be seeing them again.

Im extremely happy with Dr Marshalls work on my implants. I went to him for correction on the right breast. The implant had been placed higher than the left (another surgeon in our area)and made the right breast look saggy. It is now exactly where it should be and Im no longer embarrassed of how it looks. After many tries and fails at Breast Reconstruction after cancer Dr Marshall decided to take on my very difficult case. I am so pleased with my new self. He gave me back my confidence. I had implant replacement with lipo suction and fat grafting. I cannot thank him enough for being not only an excellent surgeon, as I had zero complications for once, but also taking the time to explain things and being so patient with me. It was a huge decision to undergo this process again. I am in the medical field and will always recommend him to my patients as well because my personal experience was beyond my expectations. On March 7th I had a breast reduction. I struggled with constant neck and back pain for years, so I consulted with Dr. Ryan Marshall, who listened to my concerns and helped me decide on a new size. He provided before and after pictures of his work along with a demonstration of what the surgery entails. Booking my surgery with Dr. Marshall was one of the best decisions and I am certain my scarring will be minimal due to his great work and the laser treatment it includes. Id like to thank Dr. Ryan Marshall and his team for their hard work and for always making me feel comfortable. I was referred to Dr. Ryan Marshall, Plastic Surgeon, by Dr. Allison Johnson, Surgeon (both at Haywood Surgical Associates) for breast implant removal because I wanted a breast lift after removal so my breasts didn't look like deflated balloons! My left breast was very hard and larger than the left due to capsular breast contracture of the implant. During surgery, Dr. Marshall discovered the left implant had calcified (like dry sand) and the right implant had ruptured. During a lengthy surgery, Dr. Marshall was able to clean everything up and do the breast lift. In light of all he had to do, I expected to be in pain and to have a lengthy down time. I had no pain, never took a pain pill, only a little soreness and tenderness from the surgery. I was back to my normal activities in a couple of days. In addition, I am very pleased with how I look. Unequivocally, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Marshall for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to his expertise, he is friendly, attentive, and responsive. Also, the teams at Haywood Surgical Associates and Haywood Medical Center are outstanding. They took very good care of me. He and his staff are very professional but yet so down to earth, it was so easy questioning him and getting good , sound answers. Two years ago I had skin cancer surgery on my upper lip. The surgery damage was extensive and the reconstruction was completed by rolling the inside of the lip up over the damage. Healing was slow as expected. The scar tissue in the middle of my upper lip never fully healed. I was referred to Dr Marshall two months ago. He prescribed a regime of treatment that has lessened the ongoing pain in my lip for the first time in the last year. The staff in this office are very helpful and friendly.
