Highly recommend Renaissance Plastic Surgery. I went and had Cool Sculpting done and it was the best experience ever. Liz Klein was amazing. I wanted to have a lot of work done as far as injections. I am 63 years old. Most of my life, I was fortunate to look 10 years younger at any given time without cosmetic treatments. But no longer! Also, my budget did not allow me to pull out (4) $1,000 dollar bills and say to Tonya (the ever problem solving injection nurse) 'Hit me with 6 injections today.' And, I was not going to finance at 28% any carry over balances. Using my cookie jar funds, I came in twice a month to get the work done. Everyone was gracious to me and all showed the same high degree of professionalism that Dr. Klein advertises for his practice. Tonya explained all options available and there are many along with her best advice on how to proceed. Tish, who handles the front desk, was always making certain I was getting my discounts off any subsequent injection visits after the first. Everything was complete in 6 weeks. 'Smooth sailing', as they say and I look fantastic. I colored my hair auburn, purchased new make-up and clothes to compliment so my new look was of a fashionable, attractive woman 47 years old 'again'. Sometimes, everything goes just right!

Bracheoplasty / Earlobe reduction 2 wks ago - Thank God I found this practice, I've been comtemplating the arm lift for 30+ years but no matter how much I wanted it, I'd scare myself out of it... no more, it's done and I couldn't be happier with the results. The Renaissance staff is wonderful, professional, helpful and caring. Dr. Klein is an artist and was very upfront on what I could expect as my results... and they vary - don't kid yourself. Now I'm thinking of my next steps to a more youthful, happy, healthy me and I'll be doing my eyes and facelift at Renaissance as well.

Tonya Reber is the most amazing injector. I drive almost 90 mins just to see her and have her do my injections. She is very attentive and looks at every detail to make sure whatever service she is doing for you it is 150%. Very professional and very personable. She is down right the best!

Tacky office staff. While in waiting room, heard receptionist relay a patient's question to another person behind her in the office. Neither wanted to call the man back to say they did not have a larger size device and the receptionist told the other lady 'you call him back, don't worry I told him you were with a patient'. Well, she was not with a patient. They were both just sitting there chatting.After I completed all the paperwork they mailed to my house (no keeping things secret!), and waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time, I get called back to talk with an assistant. They don't even do the procedure I made the appointment for! The response was 'Did you tell them what you want? Who did you talk to?' Felt like I was talking to someone at the IRS. The office staff should stop yacking and take care of customers and potential customers better.Needless to say, I can not rate the Dr or any procedure, as I did not meet even meet him.
