From my initial consultation to my post op appointments Dr. Barber and his outstanding team provided the professional knowledge and care needed. Dr. Barber exceeded my expectations! Dr. Barber was the first and only surgeon I needed to visit with when deciding on my breast augmentation surgery. I went in for just a consultation and ended up walking out with a surgery date, that is how pleased I was with my initial visit to his office. The environment at the center is very professional and caring. He provided a very thorough consultation, as well as both pre- and post- appointments. Dr. Barber genuinely cares about his patients and has outstanding bedside manners. Very nice staff! Happy with results! Came in with a notebook of questions and didn't have to ask a single one because he walked me through everything. Straight to the point. Easy to book and very fast. Love how im seen for 6 months as well. Some places are only a month after surgery or 3 months. But not him. 5 stars!

Dr. Barber was the second surgeon I had seen for a consultation for breast surgery. I saw the first surgeon 20 years ago (in my 20s) and decided to wait. Three years ago I saw Dr. Barber for a consultation and, while he understood what I was looking for, he would not perform the surgery because I was going through a divorce. He told me to wait, give myself time to heal from that life change and then return to him if I was still interested in the procedure. Now, three years later, I returned to his office for a second consultation. After consulting with him again I saw a third surgeon for another opinion. In comparing Dr. Barber and his office to the third surgeon I saw it was quite obvious that Dr. Barber truly understood and listened to me when I explained the look I was trying to achieve (which was a lifted, more youthful, rounded appearance but NOT a large increase in size). Dr. Barber spent a good deal of time with me, drawing pictures, explaining the options and detailing the procedure he thought would be best for me. When going in for the procedure, he made me feel comfortable and at ease and I had no doubt that I was in the best of hands. During the procedure, he made decisions and slight changes to the plan while I was in the operating room to achieve the look to which we agreed. After the surgery he was available at all times on his personal cell phone to answer questions, even when he was out of town. Having been a medical professional myself for a number of years I can see that his care before, during and after the surgery is top notch. His nurse and staff are always positive, encouraging and really made me feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. I have no reservation in recommending Dr. Barber and am so glad that I did my research and found such an experienced surgeon who is truly dedicated to the care of his patients.

Dr. Barber was very thorough, taking the time to fully explain and answer all of my questions or concerns. His staff is lovely. Theyre very friendly and well informed. The morning of my surgery I was greeted immediately by Dr. Barber and the surgical team with smiles and comforting words of encouragement. It calmed my nerves and those of my family. They offer Sclerotherapy at Barber Center - and the nurse administering the treatment is top notch professional with so much experience, - you can tell! I've had this treatment with a Greensboro and a Winston Salem vein specialist and it was completely ineffective, and was unnecessarily painful! Past treatments for veins did not compare to the expert treatment I received with Liz at Dr. Barber's! Some people know how to use a needle and some do not!

Dr. Barber is very talented and professional plastic surgeon. He has a calm and reassuring bedside manner. He is the only plastic surgeon I would consider going to. He did an outstanding job on my lower blepharoplasty, I look 10 years younger. He also did an amazing otoplasty for my daughter. She has been thrilled with the results. My daughter had struggled with her breast size and wait for several years all of her high years actually. I took her to see Dr Barber for a consultation on breast reduction. He was so honest and caring with her. With Dr Barber advice we decided to wait one year and make sure this was what she wanted. With that being said we waited a year and she had the surgery. Monica has transformed my skin 100%! Through peels, facials, etc., she has gotten rid of the horrible sun damage I have done to my face over the years. What makes her so special is that she completely educates you on what you are doing to your skin with the products and treatments. Monica is not pushy and works with the products that you already are using at home so you dont feel like you have to buy a whole new line of products. The only thing I wish is that I started going to her 10 years ago!

I had a breast augmentation about a year ago. I had several consults with other plastic surgeons and knew immediately when I met with Dr. Barber he was the one. The office is clean, friendly and professional. Dr. Barber is kind, courteous and patient. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and he made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Barber answered all my questions (some several times) and even took the time to have another consult with my husband present. He was very honest about sizing and the outcome I could expect. We both left the consult confident I was in good hands. Procedure went as expected and exactly as planned. Everything that had been explained to me that was going to happen happened, so no surprises there. Recovery went better than I expected. Results were amazing and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The only person I would consider to do any type of procedure in the future would be Dr. Barber. It was such a great experience. Thanks again to Dr. Barber and all his staff!
