Dr. Park is superb. He treats me for a retna problem and I don't know if his services are applied to other specialty needs. He's not the only Dr. At this Hendersonville NC practice but he is the best of the two I've seen. The other Dr. Who did a cataract surgery left a little to be desired.Dr Joseph who works out of the Asheville office also excellent in my opinion.

Carolina Ophtalmology and Dr. Pooja Patel are great! I visited Dr. Patel for a routine eye check-up. Her and her staff were very warm and friendly. I felt taking good care of the entire time I was there. What surprised me the most about this visit is how caring and thorough Dr. Patel was for such a routine appointment. I complained of a very minor but noticeable visual anomaly that would occur sporadically throughout my life. Dr. Patel asked me a bunch of questions, left the room and then returned with a very logical and reasonable diagnosis after doing a little research and serious critical thinking. I have never had another ophthalmologist put in so much time and effort to figure out what was causing my issue. Kudos to her for going above and beyond on such a minor annoyance of mine. If that is her standard of care for trivial items I can only imagine what she does for major medical issues. I'd recommend Dr. Patel to all my friends and see her again in a heart beat.

I give the HIGHEST ratings (10 out of 10) for both the Columbus AND Hendersonville clinics. I just moved here. Y'all outperformed my opthomologists in Charleston SC and I wasn't sure you could. THANK YOU for the emergent care you provided; that includes all the staff as well. I knew something was wrong, and I was immediately seen as an unknown walk-in by Dr Perot who diagnosed the retinal tear. He, in turn, got me to Dr Patel (a retinal surgeon) who performed laser surgery asap at the Hendersonville Clinic. I feel so lucky to have stumbled onto this practice!Susan King

I don't often review my experiences publicly, but my time with Carolina Ophthalmology and Dr. Choe was so exceptional I feel compelled to write a few words. I needed to have some eye surgery. From start to finish everyone involved in the service was professional, detailed and timely. What to expect was pleasantly explained by everyone along the way. Dr. Choe's expertise was superlative, assuring and calming in every aspect through the entire event...from the initial appointment, pre-interview and beyond the surgery, she takes the time to get to know you, listens and explains precisely. Dr. Choe personally made several followup calls to see how I was doing after surgery. Finally, the front office personnel and nurses were timely, responsive, super kind and enthusiastically informative and caring. I say all this with the utmost respect for this medical team and 'highly recommend Dr. Choe MD' and Carolina Ophthalmology for anyone seeking the services they offer. One word sums up my complete experience...extraordinary!

Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and spacious, free coffee,tea, water, great books and mags, but usually you don't get to read them because one doesn't have to wait long. Dr. Bryan is wonderful and funny. He told me I was great, excellent, wonderful, well my eyes were anyway. I just have a great time there.good people, great location, good parking. They take care of all the insurance. My son had no insurance, Dr Bryan took metal out of his eye and let him pay monthly. Wow gotta love em!!!

I can't imagine a more through or more professional eye exam. Their goal is not to sell you glasses, they will determine the proper prescription if you would prefer custom glasses over reading glasses. I'll stay with readers for awhile. They have many skilled technicians and several Ophthalmologists available, equipment is state of the art.

This is an incredibly efficient office. I had multiple tests - a visual field test, retinal photographs, a refraction and then a full exam with Dr Bryan. I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes in between. All of the staff is very pleasant and helpful and I just adore Dr Bryan. I have been going to him annually for over 15 years and I would never consider anyone else to take care of my eyes.

They had their act together from the initial greeting, to the physicians assistant and the physician himself.
