Yesterday I had 4 wisdom tooth extractions by Dr. Neuwirth. I have seen some of these reviews on here saying how rude/unprofessional they are and I just want to put that to rest. To think Dr. Neuwirth and his staff are rude, you would have to be incredibly sensitive. He and his team treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness. Just follow your pre and post op instructions and everything will go smoothly. The nurse gave me a blanket, ran my IV (which I barely even felt), the last thing I remember was Dr. Neuwirth asking me if I was ready and then I was waking up in the car on the way home. My procedure was especially difficult due to the positioning of my teeth, and I don't think anybody else could have done a better job. My husband called later in the day with a question regarding my medications, Dr. Neuwirth answered everything and even called us back himself to check on me! The first day was the worst since I got general anesthesia, and it hurt to swallow my medications. Today I am doing much better aside from some normal swelling. Thank you so much to Dr. Neuwirth and all of the staff at the office!

The receptionist is very friendly and upbeat. She's definitely a shining star and represents the whole facility in a good way.

Monday I went in for a consultation. Staff was great. Dr.Brown explained everything that was going happen and made me feel comfortable about my procedure. Would absolutely recommend to everyone! My procedure is today so Ill review again later.......My procedure went great! No complications, zero pain! Dr.Brown even called to check on me and make sure everything was still okay. I couldnt be more pleased. This was definitely the best experience Ive had with oral surgery!!

Brought my mom here for teeth removal and bone grinding in preparation for dentures. Dr. Brown was fast and efficient. Both of my kids also saw Dr. Brown for wisdom teeth removal, and my mother in law went for the same procedure as my mother, she is very happy with the end result. My mother is excited to get her dentures and for all of this to be over. Dr. Brown took care of my mom when affordable dentures said they could do nothing for her. Definitely great at what he does.

I have been to several different ones and have even got up out the chair bc they were so mean and rude... but I can say I felt like they really cared and most importantly over anything, when I got there early that morning they were all praying for everyone... it warmed my heart and knew I was where I needed to be... thank you for all the good work...

I went for a consult and scheduled a surgery with brown, I didnt have the money for the surgery and forgot to call and cancel, then received a voicemail from the receptionist that stated he really needed to talk to me because he prescribed me narcotics and I dont want him to do something that I really dont want him to do. I will NOT be back to this office, thats unprofessional. And all because I didnt have the money for a surgery and forgot to call and cancel.

My girlfriend went for her consultation to have her wisdom teeth removed. While speaking with Dr. Neuwirth, we both voiced our concerned about the anesthesia procedures. Upon hearing this, the doctors whole demeanor changed and he was very rude and short with us both. He insisted his staff was qualified but we both disagreed and we were cut off by him saying he didnt understand our concern. My girlfriend was already intensely nervous and this upset her so much we have decided to cancel the procedure and find another practice. That being said, the lady at the front desk, the scheduling lady, as well as the lady who accompanied the doctor were very nice and we appreciated them. To anyone having oral surgery, please dont ever have anyone provide you full-sedation anesthesia unless they are a qualified professional (Anesthetist or Anesthesiologists).

I had such a positive experience having my wisdom teeth extracted 10 years ago that when I needed an oral surgeon again, this was the practice that I trusted. I saw Dr. Neuwirth in consultation and was having a tooth extracted under anesthesia 2 days later. He explained it thoroughly and provided paperwork that explained everything for me in detail to take home. My procedure was fast and pain free. I was able to eat Chik-fil-a that night! The most meaningful part, Dr. Neuwirth called me at 9pm that night, a Friday, just to check on me and see how I was feeling. Most practices tell you to call if you have a problem but he took that extra time to check up on me. A personal touch such as that goes a long way in healthcare. I will gladly remain loyal to this practice and recommend everyone give them a chance. Thank you Dr. Neuwirth and team, each and every one of you are amazing!

My girlfriend just had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Brown, she was extremely nervous and scared about being put to sleep, and apparently he was very rude and disrespectful when it came to her being so, she sent a message to me 'I was put to sleep while panicking and him fussing at me and snapping at the staff. I understand that people lose their patience and they were trying to get people in and out but I felt like I had no time at all to relax into it. It was rushed. Im sorry I was so hysterical when I got out of there. Im so embarrassed. I was a nervous wreck when I woke up. My heart rate was going up. I felt like such a failure. All I remember saying in there was Im so sorry with tears in my eyes while he getting irritated.'Had I known this when she came out I would have went in and directly confronted him, this is completely uncalled for and terrible, will be sure to tell everyone I know to never do business with him.

I only give five stars to Dr. Brown, he came right in, got down to business and actually spoke to me which helped calm me down. While awaiting for him to enter the surgery room, all the other nurses deliberately carried on conversations with the other dental ladies. Not once did they speak to me and all the did was gossip. Made for a very uncomfortable start. So overall dr brown deserves his five starts. The only staff in the room dont even deserve half a star. Was there job to comfort me and explain things. Dr brown was amazing!!! You deserve ten stars my friend

I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and this place was my only option i was very nervous with this being my first time experiencing problems with my teeth Dr.Brown is very experienced and very confident you can tell he has had years of experience the procedure only took 20 minutes i strongly advice to pay close attention to there policies and try not to rush through it also have your vehicle ready and prepared for when the patient comes out of surgery because they really want their patients back home and ready for those medications prescribed i have not felt any pain at all i would recommend brown and neuwirth to anyone with dental issues thank you guys i will be back for future dental work keep it up and thank you again!

First off I am personally scared to death of dentist. But I we highly recommend Dr. Brown. Was really nervous and he help by making a couple jokes. Had two teeth pulled and since I was pregnant they could not put me to sleep. The whole team was great keeping me as numb as possibly and to top it off it only took maybe 15 minutes if that. Great people. Great team work.

I had all 22 teeth removed. Then i had dental implants placed. Dr Brown took all the worry away. I am a huge chicken when it comes to pain. I DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING. Today was my consultation. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Nice and clean environment. Everone who spoke to me was nice and respectful. Dr. Brown is the best! He made sure I felt comfortable with his plans for my procedure. And was open to any questions. This will be my second time that he has done my dental work and I'm sure this time will go as smoothly as last time! You know he is a smart man, he went to UNC CHAPEL HILL !!!

I had a procedure several years back and my experience was good, however after a negative review today they called my sister in law about the review and questioned her about it. I find this highly inappropriate to do to someone who just had surgery and is not feeling well. Beware if you post a negative review they may call you. People have a right to their opinion. Calling for a follow up about their experience needs to take place at an appropriate time NOT the same day they had surgery.As far as friendliness, when I picked her up they were courteous and professional.

My daughter and my parents have all been patients of Dr. Brown and Dr. Neuwirth. Both of them are great!! and they have the best nurses ever! They were all very gentle and kind to my little girl who had several teeth taken out there. Because of my Dad's health he couldn't have sedation but never felt any pain during or after the extractions - and the doctors called to check on us the same day. The office staff is really is very efficient and helpful - I had insurance questions and a problem they helped resolve with the insurance company for us. We will always use this office. They are the best around!

Let me be the first to say I am DEATHLY afraid of the dentist. I have avoided the dentist for years bc of one bad experience. I have to get 4 teeth removed, I was referred to this office and Thursday I go in for my surgery. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff there. Super nice, in and out fast. Answered all my questions, and are going to make sure I feel comfortable day of. I will be sedated day of I will update when it's over but first impressions I highly recommend this office.
