My husband and I had an appt at 2 and 2:10, back to back,. We got there 20 min. early. 1st we were told to use an ipad to update our info. We both had new Insurance cards and tried to tell the receptionist. iPad did not work. After waiting 35 min. we were finally called back to examination room. After waiting 30 min. more still no Dr. I asked the nurse and she said its because of the virus protocols they had to follow. WAKE UP SUMMIT!! DONT MAKE APPTS YOU CANNOT KEEP! RESCHEDULE APPTS TO WORK AROUND PROTOCOL NOT MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT.I for one wont be back.Oh and by the way the Dr. was with us 5 min.

Outstanding Dr, outstanding results and outstanding staff!! I cant express how extremely pleased I am with my abdominoplasty results and the entire experience at Summit Plastic Surgery. Dr R is one of the most patient and caring Doctors I have ever met. His staff is simply so supportive even when I showed up at the wrong office for one of my follow up visits. Best injection Dr ever! His assistant has been there for years & as always is professional & explains costs before injection suggestions. Dr. Ricciardelli is kind, he listens to your concerns, & is GENTLE..I had no pain! They use a numbing cream first, then a juvederme that has novocaine in it to help with pain as well. Again, I had no pain, well worth it. I do want to say to those who left negative feedback, looking at ALL your other feedback reviews, wow, life must suck for you.. About me: I'm 54 years young thanks to his perfection, and not overly done look. I've been going to him since 2015, & never had any problems. Highly recommended, wiah I could post before & after pics!For

I am a patient at the supply office. I have been trying for two days to make an appointment for a blue light treatment. one that was suppose to have already been made. no one will get back to me. If this is how they take care of patients maybe I'm going to the wrong place.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Summit , they call in the wrong prescription EVERY TIME .Had an appt Thursday and they said the script was called in to Walgreens in Shallotte , went to Shallotte and the pharmacist said the script was for the Tretinoin gel , I HAVE NEVER USED THE GEL , ALWAYS the cream so i called back to the office in Supply and they said they would correct it .Well as usual they never did , now i have to wait until next week until they can get to it , OUTRAGEOUS !!!

I had the worst experience here after going to one of the other people that worked here I thought that going to the main man was gonna be great but he messed up so I paid and then waited the 2weeks they asked me to and had to go back to have the mistake corrected I was then charged again for another half syringe of Juvderm which was another $330 on top of the 11 or 1200 I had already paid the first visit when he busted a blood vessel in my face which a plastic surgeon that knows the face should not have done that it was embarrassing and painful and it left me on even yet again on the side that he couldnt finish he also had to dissolve filler I already paid for in my cheek because it wasnt placed properly the first time so that was dissolved filler I never got back then when I went back a third time after several weeks to have it fixed I was told I would have to pay again a third time he claimed it looked fine to him but it wasnt fine to me and I had already paid when I did complain and I wrote a review and I tried to contact them he tried to say that I was cheap over exaggerating my pictures and that I was trying to get free product I had already paid for the stuff which was ridiculous offensive and he couldve kept a client for years and years to come by simply just admitting and fixing the mistake I ended up having to go to another Doctor Who went on record saying yes he made a mistake took pictures and has all the records for that Im glad that my review sparked him and his clients to start all of a sudden posting tons and tons of great reviews about him but all it takes is for him to mess up one time and just say sorry and admit it and fix it I feel disappointed and sad I feel like a doctor that messed up should have taken responsibility and try to make the customer happy very sad

I love how when you make your appointment they tell you its a free consultation only to get there to find rude service, the demand for $125, and then concluded with having your insurance card thrown at you. These people are a joke.

.I was experiencing pain around an incision area two months after surgery. I called and left a message to talk to the nurse. That was Monday morning. Today, Thursday, I just received a call back. So much for patient care!

I just had my first surgery at Summit and never having surgery before, I was extremely nervous beforehand. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant surgical experience and afterward I couldn't believe I was so worried about 'going under'. I know, I just called surgery 'pleasant' but honestly it was nothing to worry about. Dr. Ricciardelli and Dr. Brock were absolutely amazing to work with and I felt so comfortable and calm walking into the OR. It goes without saying that the staff are top notch, very caring, and even go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. What's most important is that I'm in love with my results. I told Dr. Ricciardelli what I wanted and he delivered. He's a doctor that truly cares and works from the heart. If you are considering any of his services I highly recommend this office. Thank you to Summit for giving me exactly what I wanted.

I have gone to three different dermatologists in about five years. The last two doctors would always make me feel like I was being rushed and they had no time for me and my concerns. However, my first recent visit with Dr. Loy was awesome. She took the time to answer my questions, showed that she really cared, and gave me unbelievable service. Thanks so much Dr. Loy! Been a patient here for the last year with two separate issues of skin cancer on my face. Very happy with my experiences with them except I just got a bill from their lab despite having medicare AND Blue Cross (which I pay for and it ain't cheap). Summit explained the lab frequently does not handle insurance correctly and I had to call the lab. Yep, the lab admitted their error and would rebill Blue Cross. So my suggestion to Summit was if this is a frequent problem why not find a competent lab that can actually handle claims correctly??? If this billing nonsense improves I will be happy to update this review to the 5 the rest of their services deserve.

Dr. Ricciardelli is an amazing surgeon. I had CO2 Laser surgery two months ago. The transformation of my face has been amazing. The attention that Dr. Ricciardelli gave me, along with his staff, Rachael and Julie are the reason that no one should not hesitate to have any procedure done with this group of qualified and sensitive professionals. Took a good 20 years off and I just turned 74. Im happy.

Over the years I have had skin cancer screenings done at Summit. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. I leave each visit with instructions for skin care that include conscise, easy to follow documents for home review and reference. I will continue to return yearly for these screenings to prevent cancers of the skin that are detectable and preventable. I received breast augmentation from Dr. Ricardelli ( probably misspelled that) in 2013 and now almost a year later I am very pleased with the results. They treated me great from my first consultation until my last post op appt. The staff was really nice and Rhonda was great with helping me decide which was best for me and being there to comfort me when I was anxious and nervous. I love them (boobs) and am very glad I went through with it. I am so glad I went with Summit and recommend them anyone.

From the moment I walked into the office for my first appointment, I was put at ease. Having never had any plastic surgery or augmentation of any kind, I did not know what to expect. Dr. Ricciardelli walked me through every step of the procedure, and he made sure I knew what I was to expect, as abdominoplasty is not minor surgery. My surgery went very well, and there were no surprises; just excellent results. It has been two and half months since my surgery, and I couldn't be happier.

I received a breast reduction 7 years ago from Summit Plastic Surgery. The scars I still have are immense. I have skin tags at the ends of the scars and my breasts are different sizes. I had nothing for comparison so I wasn't aware just how bad it was until my lactation consultant told me it was the worst augmentation she had ever seen. She actually called it a 'hack job'. After going to a couple consultations for a tummy tuck I decided on going with Summit Plastic Surgery. Dr. Ricciardelli made me feel very at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. All the pre-op appointments went well and the surgery went great. I thought I would be very nervous but they made sure I was at ease prior to the actually surgery. All the post-op appointments went well also and I liked the fact that I could go in through the back office rather than the front waiting area for these appointments, cause 1-2 days after surgery your not in the mood to get dressed up and look your best and have to sit with a bunch of other people. I had no wait when I had these post-op appointments I was brought right in. Things healed up quickly and nicely and almost one year after my tummy tuck I enjoy the way I look and love how my clothes fit so much better. To anyone considering any type of plastic surgery I highly recommend Dr. Ricciardelli and the rest of the Summit staff especially Toni who was so nice and always made me feel at ease whenever in the office.

I have always wanted to have an Abdomnioplasty but was always nervous about taking that first step. I did some research of the plastic surgeons around town and finally decided to call Summit after realizing that Dr. Ricciardelli is a double board certified plastic surgeon. When I called and made the consultation appointment, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. When walking into Summit, the environment that you walk into is very friendly. I was still very nervous in the consultation before Dr. Ricciardelli came into the room but once he came in, my mind was put at ease. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed. He really took his time making sure all my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. After speaking with him, his nurse took me to meet with Rhonda, who is their Cosmetic Care Coordinator. She is AMAZING! Even though I was not expecting to do so, I scheduled my surgery before leaving that day. From the time I walked in to the time I left, the staff was so friendly and helpful in every way possible. Even the day I went in for my surgery, I of course was very nervous but Dr. Ricciardelli stood there and held my hand until I was asleep and was right there when I woke up. His recovery room staff was very caring and warm and he even called me later that night and the next day to check on me! It has been 8 months since my surgery - I have had no issues and I would do it again in an instant as long as it was Dr. Ricciardelli doing the surgery. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Absolutely amazing office and staff!
