I had dr Britt as my surgeon and he really knows what he is doing. I needed the left side of my thyroid taken out due too tumor and another surgeon had tried to take my whole thyroid out. Dr Britt actually took the time to fully examine me and do thyroid scans to see if we could actually keep the other side of my thyroid. Every single day since my surgery they have called me just to make sure I was ok. I did get a bug that was going around my family and called them to see if I should be concerned and I had a dr call me and tell me what to look out for and the receptionist actually called back to make sure I had been responded to. They truly care about their patients and I could not of asked for a better team.

Dr Maxwell is a wonderful doctor. Problem I have is the rest of them lie to you. They tell you one thing and do another. They charged my insurance company three different time with three different claim numbers for the same day. Then to top of off they say up have to pay a deposit for surgery that it tells you that in the papers they send you in the mail. It did no such. Then day of surgery found out that I didn't pay it for what they said it was for, it was a estimate of a totally different charge. They're lying horses butt's. the only reason I went through with the surgery is because it was something that needed to be done right now. I will never ever ever use this place again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. It someone referred you tell them to send you somewhere else. Go to another city if you have too.
