I have been receiving services at Catalyst for a couple years now and what keeps me coming back is the incredibly friendly & knowledgeable staff from receptionists to the nurses but especially nurse Vicky!! Not only is she very skilled from a procedural standpoint but she takes time to get to know you personally and understand your personal preferences and goals. I would highly recommend Catalyst and Vicky to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!!

Had an amazing experience when getting my covid antibodies test done. From calling and scheduling and appt the lady was super nice, going there the doctor and nurse were great and comforting!! I told the nurse my last experience getting my blood drawn did not go well at all, havent had a successful blood draw. She made sure I was comfortable, layed me back, talked through it, and kept me distracted and I didnt even realize it was over!! Highly recommend

I've been to catalyst in Fargo twice for microneedling for minor acne scarring on my cheeks. Both separate times I went there i had two very unprofessional practitioners work on me. One got into politics within 5 mins and started to badmouth the president, which I thought was HIGHLY unprofessional whether I was for or against our president is irrelevant. I go to Catalyst to relax and get away from the kids for awhile not to hear more about political opinions. Then the other nurse told me how she was only working there because she was under contract for some class she took that catalyst paid for, of course to me that sounds like she didn't totally enjoy her job or being there so I was a little nervous about the quality of my session. But after spending $700 dollars there on 2 microneedling sessions I would have to say my biggest complaint is seeing no results whatsoever. Biggest waste of money on the planet. Never going back to Catalyst!!

Can I give 10 stars? I'm going to give 10 stars. I recently went in for a consultation for my eye bags (because, you know, kids). I was sick of looking tired and puffy all the time. I had tried every cream and trick out there but my eye bags made me look so much older. My consultant was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through everything, and there was absolutely no pressure. I had actually been thinking about getting something else done, but she pointed me in the right direction, which was much cheaper too. I came in the next day and got Restylane under my eyes. I could see results IMMEDIATELY. The woman who did the injections was fantastic and extremely skilled, and made sure I was well informed. It looks completely natural, and I look like my younger self. There were no sales gimmicks, no pressure to buy anything else, and it cost exactly what they said it would, no hidden extras. I am so thrilled with the results and recommend Catalyst to everyone! I tried coolsculpting 2 years ago. I am not overweight, just had a few small rolls that bothered me. I spent over $2000 and saw absolutely no results! I strongly advise that you don't waste your money!!! I would of rather gone to a plastic surgeon to see results and they would probably be cheaper!!!

If there were a rating higher then 5 stars I would give it to Catalyst Clinical Spa!! I've been a fan girl of Catalyst for over 7 years and counting. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin. I've always trusted the spa aestheticians with their recommendations for my skin treatments and products and they've never steered me wrong. I've tried microderms, to the vampire facial, coolsculpting (with FANTASTIC results), hyrdrafacials, and now EmSculpt!! Like I said... I LOVE Catalyst. Dr. Mathison has constructed a team that is second to NONE in our area.

I had such a great experience at Catalyst this week! I was noticing the lines in my forehead and between my eyebrows for a while and felt like I always looked tired. I was really afraid of getting Botox because I thought the needles would hurt. But Dr. Mathison was excellent and did an amazing job and it really did not hurt! I don't notice my forehead lines much anymore and the little lift to my eyebrows makes me look much more awake.The entire staff at Catalyst is wonderful and the office is warm and inviting. My appointment ran on time and it didn't even take too long. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathison if you need any boost to your face or your self esteem!

Not impressed. On the Friday before my appointment I called Catalyst and asked them roughly how long my appointment would last and how much it would cost. The guy told me about an hour and around $300-$400. I agreed. My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived 20 minutes prior to 8 as I was told to. When I checked in, the computer systems were down so the receptionist wrote my information down. This included my name, what doctor I was seeing, what I was seeing the doctor for and my debit card number. At 8:20, I went up to the receptionist desk to ask when I would be seen. She said shortly. Not even 5 minutes later someone came and got me and took me back to the room. When the doctor came in she asked where they were taking stitches out... I said you got the wrong person. So they moved me to a new room. A new doctor came in and checked me out and said I would need to schedule another appointment to get my procedure done. This appointment was 5 minutes long. But the guy on Friday told me it would take an hour. HMMMMMM. Nothing was even done and my bill was $188.00.

Had a tattoo after a mastectomy by Shar. She was so carefull to have it match & make me comfortable. After the mastectomy I was anxious & she put me at ease. Her explanations & instructions were complete and she answered all my questions. Recommend her to do tattoos after mastectomy as she is very concerned about you & the results!

I had an appointment last week with Shar to have micro blading on my eyebrows. Shar was amazing! She paid close attention to detail and listened to what I wanted and needed to reconstruct, define and cover gaps in my eyebrows due to hair loss and over plucking. I am looking forward to my second appointment to fill in where it might be needed and I am so excited to wake up in the morning and not have to reshape my brows. The micro blading strokes look like real hair. I highly recommend making an appointment with Shar for your semi permanent and permanent make up or any of the wonderful Catalyst team for any of your other procedures you might want done. --Lynn

Shar did my permanent eyeliner and I LOVE it!! She was super sweet, thorough and did exactly what I asked. Shar educated me on the next steps, which when followed the outcome is fabulous My sister went to Shar after me and she also had a great experience!! Friendly staff. I did the laser hair removal for my underarms. Did 6 treatments for $125 each time. At first appointment said I was a good candidate for it because of my hair type. At first it went well but then halfway through my hair started growing back regularly again. We bumped up the power and did some major zaps. Usual treatment is 6 times and once I was done with them all not even 1 month later I'm back to shaving ever other day again. Thought this was too expensive to not see the results I wanted.

I received sinus surgery from these doctors and it initially seemed like a success. I learned about a month later that I needed a second surgery to remove an antibiotic net inside my forehead. I went along with it and did the surgery. Afterwards they said symptoms of the sinuses should be gone by September. It is now towards the end of October and the symptoms haven't subsided even though they said it was looking good every time I was in for a check-up.Now I am at college in the Twin cities so I can't go to appointments in Fargo. This being the case, I called and asked for a referral of a good ENT doctor in the cities and they scheduled an appointment for me for a facial plastic surgery doctor. I went to the appointment to find out that... surprise, I was sent to the wrong place. I got referred to an actual ENT by the facial plastic surgery place afterwards. Catalyst showed me great care through the process and fit me in their tight schedules, but overall I was greatly disappointed with the results Catalyst gave me.

1. Went in for a hydra facial but ended up getting a microderm (not happy about that) 2. They are very VERY pushy when it comes to selling you their recommended products.This was very annoying because I was already frustrated that I didn't get the prodedure that I initially wanted.The whole time while I was getting the microderm, the esthitisian kept talking about the products she wanted to sell me and wanted to give a separate facial really bad which would have cost more. **Don't let them persuade you into getting something you don't really want. **& pls, Stop being so pushy! This makes the staff sound desperate and makes the whole experience uncomfortable knowing that you just want to keep digging in my pocket.P:s my skin looked almost the same after the procedure.

I am 28 years old, I got three things done on my face (1) I got the hole fixed by botox above my eye brows (the hole makes me look angry), it works so well, now I can't see it at all, and my friends feel I am more friendly.(2) I got my filler for the nasolabial fold last week, Dr.Kate (who was from German, with cute slight European accent) did such a great job, she cares about my overall looks by telling me what can be fixed and what can't be. With my asian face and asian nose, she told me the head of nasolabial fold which is near nose, can't be fixed, since it will make my nose look even bigger; but the rest of it was fixed it perfectly(3) And today I got filler for the eye bags, it works so great, everyone told me I look great, I seem like I have a good rest (I looked tired before the eye bags being fixed)Dr.Kate even gives me more explanation about what I can do to make me look bigger, and tell me what the best price to get there, she is so wonderful, I love her, I strongly recommend her.
