About six months ago I had my wisdom teeth out Im 23 years old just on the cusp of it being kind of a bad thing I had them out pretty early in the morning I think it was eight or nine I cant really remember its been a while I had Dr.Bui and for reference I do plasma Donations every week I did not feel the IV be poked into me and I mentioned it to him that I did not feel the needle he sort of laughed I dont remember anything from there till me being brought into another room kind of sort of walking with the help of a nurse from there my mom had pulled her vehicle around to a door somewhere in between there and Me being drugged they had told my mother to bring her car to a specific door, very efficient they prescribed me a nausea pill and a hydrocodone I did not use the total amount of either of those and got them properly disposed of I dont mind that they prescribed more than necessary for me because every person is different currently months later I feel very very little to no notice of where my wisdom teeth were theres a little bit bigger spot from one of them but thats because it was a partially impacted tooth pointing forward towards my other teeth and the others werent quite as difficult would definitely recommend very streamline very efficient no problems since

Great place to go for wisdom teeth extraction, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bui did my surgery, very nice man and really knows his stuff. No complications and very easy to work with.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. The receptionist was very friendly. The woman who took me to the back listened to my concerns. The anesthesiologist was a godsend. I have never been put under before and have disappearing veins. I had fast and was dehydrated so I told her of my fear of needles and she got the IV in the first time relatively painless. I felt faint with the orthodontist and he took care of me cooling my forehead and lying me back.Even the people monitoring after my care were very kind and helpful even after I threw up the meds they gave me.

My anxiety for new places and dental work were in high gear for this appointment. The nurse assigned to me was WONDERFUL. She asked me for questions, just often enough. She was calming and kind. The rest of the team was equally kind and efficient. Dr. Gray was like your favorite neighbor--straight to the point, but making sure that there are no worries or questions. My dentist recommended him. Great choice!

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to fit my schedule with work and school. Four days before my appointment they called me and told me I had to move my appointment up or they wouldnt be able to do the procedure because the doctors had to leave early for no specific reason. It is ridiculous that they even scheduled me at all that day if they were leaving early and cant stay an hour later. Im usually not the person to be upset over these type of things but this is so upsetting when I had this planned over a month ago to fit my busy schedule. If you schedule an appointment here make sure your schedule fits with the doctors leaving early.

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed without anesthesia at my request. Was given some misinformation about anesthesia by the office lady when I initially called but the doctor answered all my questions at the consultation. Surgery went quick and no major complications.

My 16 year old son recently had four wisdom teeth pulled. Following the procedure, a nurse for Dr. Bui handed to us a prescription for a narcotic pain med, explaining to be used as needed for the first two days. I urgently questioned the need for 19 pills?! For 2 days?! I was appalled actually. And they would not change the prescription. I believe the ND Dept of Health and Human Services needs to be contacted about cases such as this.In addition, they required payment in full and greater amount than previously quoted. Even though I provided my insurance info they didn't defer payment and submit for insurance consideration???

I really like that they had a short video to watch about the surgery before I got to my appointment. The little care package is also very helpful (I love the icepacks!). Thanks guys!

Dr. Chuck Crago may be the most talented surgeon in the entire Midwest, and The F/M area is very lucky to have him. This is going to be a long review (prepare yourself). I have type one Diabetes and because of the and genetically weak teeth from both sides of my family I have had several extractions (4). When I say I have diabetes what I mean is; I have had type1 diabetes since my early teenage years (23 years ago), and probably longer but was not diagnosed. I decided to go abroad to get implants done, as I do not have a lot of money. I saved for a couple of years for the surgery and did lots or research. We (my girlfriend and I) decided on a well reviewed Surgeon in San Jose, Costa Rica. I speak some broken Spanish and I felt comfortable as he spoke English as well. During the first exam the Dr. had noticed I had a cyst under a fifth tooth that would need an extraction as well, but the surgery could not be preformed as it was scheduled for that day. The Surgery went well, but there were many things that were very unprofessional that made me feel uncomfortable along the way. I had a very hard time healing the implants, but luckily after many months they healed. This is where it gets interesting.Chuck and his wife were a long time customers of mine at a small business I own. They were always very kind, and interested in my success. I did not find out he was a surgeon until he had come in several times, and during a chat I asked what the did for a living. Years later I knew I felt comfortable with chuck I asked him if he would consult, and do a preliminary exam of the previously done work before I returned to have the abutment and crown work done. I did not plan to return to the same Dr. but planned to leave the country again for the cost savings. During the examination Dr. Crago noticed a very large Cyst on my face that I had planned on going to see a dermatologist about, but had never had the time to do so. We decided it would be best for him to do the surgery on the fifth tooth, and remove the cyst from my face at the same time. This was super convenient for me as I work 7 days a week.The surgery was a week ago and I have healed dramatically fast, had very little pain after the surgery and discontinued the use of pain medicine on the 3rd day. The staff was friendly and professional, they even gave me a blanket to snug up under during the procedure. The facility is clean and inviting and they use the most modern equipment available. I can not say enough good things about this experience, and if you have found this review when looking for a surgeon I can assure you to look no further you have found the best. I feel so lucky that this place exists in this region, and that there are Dr.'s like Chuck Crago in the world. Thank you for reading this to the end, this was truly one of the greatest things I have gone through in my life; I feel that I should know as I have been entrenched in the medical system since my early teens.

I had to have a broken molar extracted, and I tell you, I was in some fierce pain, it was an awful experience from the onset, however 4 years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed at this same facility by the same guy, I don't remember anything about it, as I was put under; other than the immense pain that followed. Long story short, I had expected some pretty awful things to happen to me while I was awake during the procedure. Not only were they very profession (although the receptionist was kinda rude but that's ok, I know what it's like to deal with cranky people all day) they went through everything step by step, they kept me comfortable (I was extremely warm, probably because I was nervous) they even brought in a fan to cool me off. They constantly monitored everything and simply made me feel like they cared about what I was going through, which I feel is rare these days. I would highly suggest and refer anyone to Dr. Jonathan Gray, he was wonderful. Hopefully I won't have to see him again anytime soon, but if he was a regular dentist I would see him regularly, great experience for such a crappy situation.Tooth pain blows!

Awful! I had been working witb F&J Surgery Center since April of 2017. 1st I was given a less than affordable quote, but I agreed to the terms. When I went in for the appointment the quote changed & added an addition $1200.00 to the quote that I already had!! At that time, I told them I couldnt do that out of pocket & I left. I went back again in October in 2017, I had spoken with the main manager about payments, what I needed done ( 2 teeth extracted & an implant) I was told my quote of $3200, & that Id have to pay my dental co-payment, which SHE (the office mngr) said was $20.00. I agreed to terms & made the appointment again. When I arrived at my appointment 10 days after talking to the mngr about payment. I was given a booklet of paperwork to sign-off on for proceedure complications, liability stuff, etc. Then payment collection which went from $20.00 to $2500.00!!! I told them, no way, I was told over the phone by the office mngr that I would have to pay just my co-pay of $20, your mngr looked this up & told me. The lady at the desk got an attitude & went to get her boss. The office manager came out & insisted she told me $2500.00. #ripoff I told her, 'No, you didn't because this is the reason I left last time!!' They just looked at me blankly, I told them Im leaving & getting the work done elsewhere. Im pleased to say, I have had the procedure done at a different Oral Surgery Center in Fargo, at a fraction cost that F&J Surgery Center was going costing me, + procedural suprises! + it only cost me about $600.00! Face & Jaw Surgery Center what a joke!
