I met a very nice woman that Dr. Wagner did surgery on. He did breast implants and removal of excess skin. He scarred this woman for life. To say that hes a hack is an understatement. Maybe others have stories similar to hers.

I was referred to Dr. Wagner by my gynecologist, for a breast implant replacement consultation. It had been 30 yrs, and I was experiencing a lot of pain in that area. I was very nervous and I'll at ease initially, until I met Dr. Wagner, who is Very Professional, Gentle, & Understanding. He listened patiently, and Immediately diagnosed me, giving me All my Options Available!!:)Needless to say, I opted for surgery to take away the pain, and I am so happy I did!!!:)I haven't felt this good, nor looked so good in such a long time!!!:) I will Always Thank Dr. Wagner for it!!:) I wouldn't Hesitate to refer him to Anyone who needs a Plastic Surgeon, As he is THE BEST!!!:) SINCERELY, Denise Schopper
