I will start by saying Dr. Fedele and his Team are INCREDIBLE!! My original appointment was cancelled due to the pandemic and rescheduled as a virtual consultation. I didnt quite know what to expect but Dr. Fedele spent 40 minutes on the phone with me discussing my concerns, expectations, reviewing photos and offering his expert opinion on how he would approach my surgery. Only a day after our consultation, Sandy contacted me with my surgery quote!! Once the office opened back up, I came in for my in person appointment to shore up plans and fine tune expectations and outcome. I am now 11 days post-op and couldnt be happier with my results. Dr. Fedele is a compassionate artist who gives you the best version of yourself! Big shout out to Sandy, Megan, Diann, Cathy and Dr. Fedele!! Amazing surgeon. Without question, the absolute best!I have been flat chested my entire life (even more so after kids) and wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. I am now in my 40s and done having children, so it seemed like a good time. It was important for me to find a doctor who didnt commercialize the practice of medicine and who had a real interest in my well-being. I wanted a doctor who saw his craft as both an art and a science. I wanted someone who was brilliant but also warm, approachable, respectful, humble, and genuinely a nice person. Dr. Fedele embodies all of that and so much more! His approach is collaborative. He gives you his honest, professional opinion on what he believes is the best course medically and aesthetically. He is equally attentive to your goals and ultimately leads you to make an informed and confident decision. He is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. He made a point to personally call me twice to address my questions and concerns (and after surgery to check in on me). He never made me feel rushed. He stressed that my decisions were important ones and that as my doctor, he was there to guide me. He could have easily delegated these calls to his nurse, but he chose to address them himself. Dr. Fedele is a genius in the OR his work is amazing beyond the ordinary. He is meticulous, and his technique is exquisite. I had very little swelling, no bruising, and minimal pain after surgery. My breasts looked beautiful almost immediately. I was expecting swollen, blocky, bruised breasts. I had none of that! The results are exactly what I had hoped for he nailed it! It is evident that Dr. Fedele holds his team to the same high standards he sets for himself. Every member of his team is exceptional (including all of the professionals at the Brainard Surgery Center shout out to Dr. Rogoff loved you!). It is a joy to interact with any one of them. They work remarkably well together, they show each other respect, and they put the patients first that all comes from the top! If I could give Dr. Fedele an infinite number of stars, I would. In my eyes, you wont find a better doctor.

Dr Fedele first provided a consultant to let me know I was a good candidate for a breast lift. I had enough volume to do the lift without implants with a great result. After breast feeding 3 children my breasts were sagging badly and very flat. I booked my procedure and he prepared me in advance for the surgery and recovery.
