I have been going to Dr. Shah for almost 20 years. He is an amazing surgeon! He did a skin graft on my nose (basel cell carcinoma) several years ago and removes basel cell spots every year. Just as important, he is a very kind, gentle man who really cares about his patients. I will miss him terribly when he retires. No one can replace him!!

Dr Shah was highly recommended to me 3 years ago by a friend. I had basil cell on my face and called the office and got an appointment. He didn't really explain much to me and sat on the other side of the room. He said he was going to do surgery. Had the surgery done at Aultman. When I went to the office to be checked, he said I wouldn't have any scars, which was my biggest fear. Well he left me with a hole in my forehead that is so ugly but he said my hair would cover it. Not nice. He never gave me the results of the biopsy. I had to ask the nurse. Well the one by my mouth still had cancer on the one side and I asked him why he didn't get it all and he said he didn't want to scar me. Duh!! He never told me that it would come back. Well 3 years later it came back and I'm going thru hell right now getting it repaired. If he would have done his job right, I wouldn't be going thru this right now. I'm so angry!! I was told I should have went to someone who does MOHS surgery. But Dr. Shah doesn't do it. Learned too late!! Another one of my friends wasn't happy with him either.
